Staffs are very nice and kind. Service is very good.
This place is not close to the other TownePlace by Marriot.
Bathroom lock was broken and the room was so tiny,. The room was even smaller than other Towneplace by Marriot.
I usually stay Marriot and this place is not what you think ‘Marriot’. Pricy for the quality of the stay. I would not recommend this place to any of my friends.

Hotel was clean and modern. Room was nice. Train noise complained about in other reviews was present but not an issue for me. I left early so I didn’t partake in breakfast but I appreciated that the coffee was out early so I grabbed some before I left. Overall a good experience and I recommend this hotel.

Selected hotel based on reviews. Turned on shower, excited to see pressure! But it did not get hot, or warm even. Called front desk who confirmed several complaints about cold/tepid showers. Told maintenance would not be in until Monday (this was Friday) and offered excuse of “on demand” water heater….to which my response is, you HAVE to provide a clean property, good bed and hot shower if you don’t get anything else right. I suggested they reconsider calling maintenance as this could result in plenty of negative reviews. Could have overlooked the “pilling” on linens but cold shower and disinterested, unhelpful response makes this a “Will not return” property.

Very nice place. Terry at the front desk is super helpful. EV chargers for all makes! Clean and comfortable rooms.

It was clean and safe, but otherwise not worth the price. Trains running by at all hours kept me awake. Walls must be thin bc I could hear everything that happened in the hallway. Breakfast was very underwhelming. I ate yogurt. They did provide gluten-free muffins and oat milk for those with food intolerances. Some devices would connect to the wi-fi, but it was very difficult; other devices would not connect at all. Pizza place that was recommended took an hour and a half to deliver. Didn’t see any food options nearby and didn’t want to get back in the car. They gave us a list, but it didn’t tell us distances, and the ones I checked were a 15 minute drive.

Business travel
The front desk crew was nice, friendly and helpful.
Rates were kind of high taking into account that there were plenty of rooms available, I was given a few options but went with the least expensive.
The room seemed clean at first glance but once I settled in, I noticed nail clippings on the floor of the bathroom, the cleaning staff needs to do a better job. The rest of the room was ok, the bed was comfortable.
There’s a freight train passing through all night sounding its horn, very loud, it woke me up every time it went through, I just couldn’t rest.
I’m not a picky person but I just can’t give this hotel a good review, especially at the price range, sorry.

Would not stay again. Arrived tired. Mobile key didn't work. Finally got into room and it had electrical issues - had to reset breaker every time a light and tv were on! Second room had no bedding for pull out couch. But the icing on the cake was being awoken at midnight and 1:30 am with loud and prolonged train whistles. Horrible night.

Very clean and the most comfortable beds. Breakfast was fully stocked with plenty of hot and cold options… including a waffle maker. We really enjoyed our stay here.
