The owner is an amazing person and I love supporting his business whenever I can. The employees are friendly, there’s plenty of snack options and the parking lot and inside of the store is pretty tidy. The deals on the 7/11 app are amazing and definitely worth it.

It was sold to corporate. DO NOT SHOP HERE.. Put corporate out of business. . Shop mom and pop stores. Corporates rich enough...

So I go inside the store and as I am checking out an employee who could mind her business tried to make a fuss over me pulling out my phone. She told me they don't take apple pay but yet she wasn't the cashier. I want trying to use apple pay. I was transferring my funds. When I told her I wasn't using the phone for apple pay she caught an attitude. Then had the nerve to say she didn't have time for "this." Mind your business n don't catch an attitude when corrected. This was at midnight. It's advisable to respect customer especially at that time because bad things happen at night.

The lady that works cash register in the afternoon has a very bad attitude. She is not used to working with normal people.

I asked her which candy bars were 2 for 3 dollars. She said she didn’t know. I asked her if she could fond out and she said no she couldn’t. I told here she was the one that works there and she should be able to find out. She then told me she would call the police because I was harassing her.

My kids and I frequent the store once a week. We will just start going to Circle K down the street where the people are more respectful.

Terrible service. They were not helpfull at all. No one told me about 7 11 rewards until my purchase rang up higher than the price displayed, then they told me that price was for reward members. They could not print out a clear receipt. They couldn't fix it and I just wanted to return my purchase BUT they DO NOT do returns. So I was not happy at all.

Haven't been there in a while but I remember them being a lot more friendlier. I like to go in when the shorter Mexican girl is there. Super friendly and always so helpful. I'll usually see if she's there then I know I'm getting A+ customer service.
