When shopping they had sweatpants with red tag that said $39.98 when we went to pay it showed $89 we told the cashier that’s the wrong price and we even showed him where we got it and all that had that $39.98 price he said he couldn’t give us the sweatpants for what it was marked that if we wanted to come tomorrow to speak with store manager

I came in on March 6th for my son, and the night staff was really helpful. I forgot her name but i think it was named after a car( i apologize) but she stated if we go up a size it would be to big. My son got some sauconys and i had my son run around the store to make he could fit them, and her and the guy was really helpful, the guy even help my son(10y/o) pick out a hat to go with it. I'll recommend this dtlr any day over the one in CC Hills, or Homewood, matter of fact I left Homewood to got to that one because homewood was not helpful, they were doing their own thing.

After running around four different stores looking for one shoe style, happened too look in DTLR in Chicago Heights and they had it love them for that and they were on sale

Weirdest Uhaul location I have ever be too. Manager who processed rental was nice. My rental was the only one behind the store no signage anywhere that told me I was at a Uhaul location had to ask shop owners in strip mall to find out where rental place was.
Trailer for rental was parked in pile of broken glas🤔🤨

Love this little store. The Bakery is excellent, the deli has a selection and the meat counter was full. Employees are really nice even if you make a major mess I did with cut watermelon 🍉 that seem to sprout wings and went flying out of my hands.

DTLR PLEASE HIRE BETTER WORKERS. Horrible customer service, I have given this location several tries and I'm always ready to spend money. They don't even acknowledge that you've walked into the store, they will literally look right at you and say nothing at all, no greeting at all I just turn around and leave.

I went in for the jordan 4 seafoam released 2/9/23 I called to make sure they had the size i was looking for they brought the shoe towards the front the short black bold lady and this other employee were talking under their breath, and they had me waiting for 8 minutes they scanned it and I was ready to pay and they say oh wait the shoes on hold for a manager and I was like I thought it was first come first serve she said they did a raffle with just the workers again i was upset cause I called to make sure they had my size but the lady wants to put the shoes on the side for a employee, bad customer service asked for another size she said she didn’t have any more I stayed in the parking lot someone came out with a different size I found that crazy you guys need to hire people who has manners
