Positive: Very clean. Staff were cordial and helpful. Negative: The fragrance used in the lobby area is overpowering. It's a nice enough scent, but just REALLY strong. The hotel is nicely maintained, so it doesn't need that much of a scent to cover up other odors.

I have stayed at the Arlington Heights Holiday Inn Express three times since August 2024. It is a perfect location for visiting my mother, and the shuttle service to O'Hare is great. It's also super convenient to the Arlington Heights Enterprise only 6 minutes away (that service is also fabulous). It's great that this hotel offers nice, quiet, comfy rooms and beds, and the cost includes a hot breakfast with many choices. Tea and coffee are always available. Also includes WiFi and a flat screen TV with many movie channels. It's kind of become my home away from home. Oh, and there's plenty of good restaurants in the area, even Mitsuwa Marketplace with authentic Japanese foods/groceries.

Room was clean and in good repair, amenities above average, high quality breakfast. Staff was friendly and professional.

Really enjoyed the stay there for my business training classes and will make sure to stay again in the future.

I don't have any complaints about my stay. We were there because my daughter had concert tickets. The hotel was located near a variety of eateries and a mall. We had a great time. I have yet to recognized as an IHG member. Am I missing out on any perks?

Very clean and easy access to many local restaurants. The breakfast served was very good with a variety to choose from. The room was clean and comfortable. Nice area, safe, and traffic wasn't a problem. Parking was plentiful with good lighting. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to print my boarding pass at the business area.

Positive: Friendly staff.Hotel was very clean.Very good breakfast (very clean serving and dining area, with a very orderly layout of food and utensils). Negative: The fragrance used in the hallways is WAY too strong, and it seeps into the guest rooms. The hotel is very clean, so the overpowering fragrance is not necessary. One bed mattress was not comfortable.

This hotel is in a great location, there is a lot to do nearby without the big city hassles. Excellent parks for walking and hiking within 20 minutes. All the restaurants and stores you would need within 5 minutes. Hotel is clean and staff is superb.

Bith our rooms had ants. Several other rooms had ants. After the 1st night we had to move rooms due to ants all over in the beds.

There was hair in the shower/tub.

Very outdated rooms with an order.

Breakfast was ok, but they had the pancake machine shut down for Saturday and Sunday but open for Monday.
