Excellent location for larger group picnics and gatherings. I've been to multiple church picnics and birthday parties there. Ample space for the kids to run around. Sadly they took down the big playground. Good chance of seeing deer as you drive through the area

Well built shelter, lots of tables, good amount of room to spread out. Nice little playground across the drive. Way back in a quiet stand of trees. Good view of the golf course of to one side. The only trick was to figure out how to get there. Go to the golf course club house parking, and follow the sign of to the right.
