Great experience the people are nice the area looks clean atmosphere is awesome the food is great. How to security guard on duty really good guy. I got the sandwiches they got the hot dogs and low-key their barbecue is on point. The most of all it is a reasonable price.

Rip off. 3in tenders more expensive than bacon burger and then I realize my bacon burger had no cheese, no pickles, and no BACON.
Wth even the fried were stale and unsalted.
No idea what happened to this place. The lot was empty but the wait was long and not even right.

Never ordering from here again. I am not exaggerating every time we order from here for delivery we are either missing an item or they get one order wrong. Well today I wanted a chocolate cake slice and they have a promo for their birthday for a FREE slice. Guess what is missing from my order? The FREE chocolate cake slice.

This happened on my birthday last year as well. All my food is there except my FREE slice of chocolate cake for being part of their rewards. Portillo’s drives us prices and lowers quality and quality. I’m done.

17 min for 2 veddie dogs and a cheese fry. I had to ask about my order the employee was slightly annoyed. I asked at the 15 min. mark. They said we are making the other hot dog. It took 2 more min. And I got my order. I walked to my car and opened the first hotdogs 4 min after I received it. It was cold. The other one was plenty warm. I think they made one and had to wait for the second. It was not good cold. They did give me a large fry instead of a small one, which was nice, but i really just wanted 2 good temp, hot dog with a small fry in a reasonable amount of time

Tried again in 2025 one veggie dog and a large fry. 20 min wait. It was not busy at all. If veggie dog take this long I suggest you let people know when they order.

Always great service at this location. They get you in and out and food is always fresh. Everything was good except the burger had a terrible burnt flavor to it like it was cooked an a dirty grill. Love the milkshakes you can never go wrong with one. Spicy chicken sandwich was mid I wouldn't order again. I'll most likely stick to my regular order the chopped salad, pastas or cheesy beef.

This is a solid Portillo's on Harlem Ave. The vibe is 1930's prohibition and there's lots of stuff to look from that era. Food is always delicious (get the beef 'n cheddar croissant!) and the workers are mostly friendly. Parking is split between two lots, so you'll probably have to walk on a bit on busier days - be sure to check for traffic! Overall, I'd definitely recommend Portillo's....after all, who doesn't love their fries?

Decided to eat in. Another customer walked off with my bag after the counter person added it onto her tray. After a few minutes, she returned the bag to the counter staff member. Suspicious this bag might have been my meal I watched to see what the counter person would do with it. She placed it onto the counter with the other freshly made meals and turned to give me the bag which had been returned. When I refused it and asked if this was the same bag which the other customer returned she looked surprised that I caught it and even more so when I told her that I wanted a fresh product. She complied, but she still appeared surprised and not thrilled to have to have her team member redo the order.
