The staff had a little bit of a tough go at the beginning of tge event but I must say I saw a 'team' work together to resolve a difficult situation & the night turned out well! Glad to see a staff who delivered good & friendly service in face of difficult odds.

Our alumnae association has been holding annual luncheons @ European Chalet/Mayor’s Mansion the past 10 years and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. The venue is very accommodating for our senior age group. The ballrooms are elegantly decorated. John, the owner, is always visible @ entrance to welcome & assist attendees. Enough can’t be said about menu selections & quality for family style. The wait staff is friendly & attentive. The kitchen staff does an outstanding job. We highly recommend the Mayor’s Mansion for any event.

Owners are amazing and very friendly! Attended a 15th birthday party here it was nice staff was friendly. The couches outside the bathroom need Tobe cleaned or updated other than that it was a great time.
