Charming Atmosphere
Pistachio Sweets Coffee House boasts a visually appealing interior with a charming atmosphere, making it an inviting spot for an afternoon coffee break. The ambiance suggests potential for a cozy hangout with friends over coffee and desserts.

Service Challenges
Unfortunately, the service during our visit was subpar, with significant delays in order fulfillment. Our takeout order of two coffees took over 20 minutes to prepare, which seemed excessive for a coffee shop. The staff appeared to be overwhelmed, with only two people managing all aspects of service from taking orders to preparation and delivery.

Staff Demeanor
Despite the apparent stress, the staff remained friendly. However, their visible struggle to keep up with customer demands was noticeable and impacted the overall experience.

Coffee Quality
The flavors of both the pistachio and Spanish lattes were enjoyable:
Pistachio Latte: Flavorful and served at an appropriate hot temperature.
Spanish Latte: While tasty, it was disappointingly served warm rather than hot.

Customer Experience
It wasn't just our order that was delayed; other customers also experienced extended wait times for their orders. The coffee house seemed busy, with a steady stream of customers arriving, which may have contributed to the service issues.

Room for Improvement
The primary area needing improvement is clearly the service efficiency. Once this issue is addressed, Pistachio Sweets Coffee House has the potential to be a delightful spot for coffee and dessert.

Final Thoughts
While the experience was not ideal, it's possible we visited on an off day. The coffee quality and appealing atmosphere suggest potential for a much better experience. I plan to give the coffee house another chance in the future, hoping that the service issues will be resolved. For now, patrons should be prepared for potential delays if they choose to visit.

We visited the place as the pictures looked appealing but the food was so disappointing. Waffle maker was not working. Then the system stopped working. Still the person on front wasn’t able to make change in our order.
We tried waffle pistachio but it was below average. The coffee with pistachio flavor has no flavor at all! I would recommend Melt and dip over this for sure.

Outstanding! World class dessert, and sweets. I have not tried many of the items, but everything was just so wonderful for the group. Highly recommend!

The ambiance was wonderful, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. We enjoyed the desserts, especially the waffle sticks and knafeh. The knafeh was perfectly balanced in sweetness, which made it especially enjoyable. The waffle sticks were delicious as well. Overall, a great experience!

This place was actually very pretty and a bit calmer than others which I enjoyed. The Dubai chocolate was amazing. I’ve moved from Houston and finding one as good took some time but finally found one that’s mouth watering good. I was hesitant to get the strawberry lime mojito because usually you taste more lime and less of the flavor but they had the perfect balance. It was amazing! Made my night!

Was recommended to go here by a family member and It did not disappoint. My friend and I ordered the nutella crepe and pistachio waffle with ice cream, as well as the pistachio latte with oat milk (not pictured). Both desserts tasted really good and the drinks were delicious. I love sweets and this was a good amount of sweetness level to my liking, others might find it too sweet. I highly recommend going here. I’ll likely go back and try out other things on the menu.

Whenever we’re in the area, we must visit this place for some dessert! The Lotus biscuit flavor (waffle sticks, crepes, fettuccine) is so delicious. The kunafe is perfection👌🏻 This is a place that won’t disappoint your sweet tooth.
