Cute and cozy coffee shop, bakery, and roastery. Delicious pastries and freshly roasted coffee. You can even watch the roasting process out in the open dining area. Bright and welcoming ambience. 🪴

They have the best breakfast sandwich in town! Mine is always made with precision and care, looks like it could win an award it looks so good! It’s made fresh and is worth the wait. Staff is friendly, with great music playing, and the cafe just has a good vibe all around.

Stopped by for only 10 minutes but had a great experience. The Zucchini bread was just chef’s kiss and the coffee was great too. Not too expensive and a great find in Springfield if you’re looking for a quick coffee break or coffee chat.

This is the best coffee I've had in Springfield IL. I'm often downtown for conferences and I'll walk the 6 blocks from my hotel to get coffee here, even in the winter. The food is good and fast. The service is always great

Stumbled upon Custom Cup after a haircut next door, and it was the best coffee experience during my stay in Springfield!

Tried the V60 with Peru beans—absolutely loved it.

Ended up buying light roasted beans from Peru and Rwanda to take back home to Dubai.

If you're into specialty coffee, this is the spot. Highly recommend!

Great food but the lady at the counter was extremely weird and had bad vibes. She just lets homeless people sit out there and ask people for money and caught an attitude when I said I was uncomfortable to go
Back outside to my car. As if that was a bad thing to not feel safe?
