Very spacious mansion for family reunions and events. Full amenities include a kitchen and laundry room and courteous staff. Heating and cooling work very well in each room, although since the house is so big, there are cold spots in the winter. There is a good amount of parking depending on how many guests you have. Some parts of the mansion could use updating, but it is by no means out of date. There is a fire pit outside that can be used for a family bonfire. The reason for only one television in the main house is most likely to promote family time together. There are many board games, card games, and books to enjoy.

Fun place for a family reunion and wedding. Plenty of space for multiple families. Heaters in many bedrooms because it gets cold at night especially in December. The weather was gray and rainy so we did not get to explore nearby.

Beautiful home that creates an absolutely unforgettable event, but keep in mind if booking there is an innkeeper that lives in a unit attached to the home and you will see her and her visitors often. Additionally, I highly suggest for smaller weddings instead of larger!

This place was amazing. Cousins reunion. 16 people plenty of space. Amazing kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Very clean. Truly an adventure to walk through this very old building and see all the details that have been preserved. Nice fire pit and great little town. Close to Pres Lincoln’s birthplace. Great museum there. Thanks for a memorable place to stay. Denys Agius from the Foltz group.

This place was absolutely a dream! I booked a stay here for 1 night though air B and B and Becca was so sweet! When we got there she gave us a tour and answered all our questions about the place. She even let us meet her sweet puppy buda. Such a beautiful place with amazing hosts! I hope we can come back again some day! You definitely won’t regret visiting.

The house is absolutely beautiful inside and the property is just as beautiful on the outside! The property manager and owner are delightful and so kind!! This is the perfect place to celebrate any occasion but we definitely recommend for a family reunion!! We had 24 and plenty of room!
