The host of the B&B was very warm and friendly. She didn't treat us coldly just because we were Taiwanese with limited English. I remember we arrived quite late that day, but thankfully, she was willing to wait for us. The B&B was very clean, with a great breakfast, and a kitchen where we could prepare a simple dinner. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the balcony had a direct view of the distant mountains—unfortunately, the weather wasn't great that day. If I have the chance, I would love to stay there again, partly because of the location, but mostly because of the amazing host - Renee!!

We stayed in McKinley View one night on our way to Anchorage and were sorry we did not have time to stay longer. Everything was perfect. The house is beautiful, very well organized and was spot clean. The room was very comfortable and despite the fact that clouds prevented views of Mt. Denali the view from the patio was amazing! Breakfast was a highlight with wide range of options and the wonderful taste of home cooking! Renee was very friendly and we truly enjoyed the conversation during breakfast.|Overall, a wonderful B&B experience. Highly recommended!!

We stayed here for 1 night on our way back to Anchorage from Fairbanks. This place is perfectly situated, about 2 hours drive from Anchorage and Denali National Park. The room was nice and clean. Renee was an amazing host and she prepared an excellent vegetarian breakfast for us. We could also see the Denali mountain from outside our room. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the Denali National Park or just traveling between Anchorage and Fairbanks.

We absolutely loved our stay. Our family of 7 rented all 4 rooms for 2 nights and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The property is conveniently located a short drive from Talkeetna. The rooms are perfectly clean and comfortable and the views of Denali are amazing. Breakfast was great, and Renee and Rod were very friendly, welcoming and full of knowledge about the area. Our evenings sitting out on the patio enjoying the gorgeous weather and views were major highlights of our trip to Alaska.

We spent 2 nights here at the very end of the tourist season (late Sept), while visiting our daughter who lives nearby. The room (ours was the Moose one) was much nicer and larger than it appears in the photos, with high quality furniture and bedding. The common areas were also very comfortable and inviting, nicely decorated with Northern motifs. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, our hostess Renee friendly and eager to make sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed chatting with her, and she had alot of tips about the area. As an added bonus, Denali was clearly visible all 3 days, and we even had spectacular sunset views. We will definitely be back, and highly recommend staying here.

This is a lovely little hotel owned by a couple. I love the decorations of a 3-D map of Denali in the living room and the photos of Denali as well as bears on the walls. The rooms are called "bear","moose", "trout", etc with animals on the doors and keys. All rooms have a nice shared balcony with a great view of Denali, where I took the photo during my stay. The hostess is a very friendly person and this is the best place to stay between Anchorage and Fairbanks.

Stayed in the Bear room with a view of Denali & other peaks. Comfy bed, super clean house, had the place to ourselves. Large breakfast with all the fixings including local preserves for your toast. We had eggs, bacon, hash brown casserole, toast, fresh, blueberries, and yogurt. Plenty of food. Excellent stay. Highly recommend.
