The room was large, well appointed, well designed. This is one of the cleanest rooms we have ever seen. The breakfast was very good. Staff members were friendly and professional. Overall a comfortable, clean place to stay for a very reasonable price.

We stayed at your hotel last week and your service is top-notch! We were having trouble with our GPS so didn’t know how to find your hotel. I called to get directions, and a super-nice young man (Sumit) stayed on the phone with us until we found it - I was so impressed with him! By the way, the hotel is right off the highway and there’s easy access. The room was clean & spacious with a couch and a private balcony overlooking some woods. The breakfast was great, too! When we come back to your area, we’re staying with you again. Well done! 👏🌟

Positive: Bed and pillows were comfortable. Negative: The heat was not on (5 degrees F outside) when we checked in. The pool was heated but still cool. The pool had multiple patches of squishy brown on the bottom. Feels much older and run down than the website description and photos.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a little get away trip when we got to the hotel and checked in and got to our room it was the wrong one from what we had booked so we went back up to the desk and we were told that we had booked from a third party site and not the hotel website which is what I thought we had done the guy at the front was very nice and helpful and told us what to do so I called and cancelled and we ended up with the room we originally wanted. The room was really nice and big we stayed in the pearl room which was Ocean themed. The only issues we had with the room was that the fish tank was absolutely dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months and the second is that although the bedding was clean the space in-between the bed itself and the frame had so much dirt and crud and looked like it had never been cleaned out. Other than that the room was amazing the tub in there was gigantic it comfortably could fit two people and the breakfast in the morning was also really good the eggs were a nice fluffy scramble there was bacon and Muffin bagels a waffle station cereal juice coffee and yogurt. Again the gentleman at the front deck was a really big help and was very polite and nice. 10/10 would stay there again. There was also a sauna in the room too but we didn't end up using it but I thought that was cool too.

We stayed in the under the sea themed room. The room was gorgeous and clean, but the fish tank was pretty dirty. We loved looking at the fish, but you could tell the tank had not been cleaned in a long time. If it wasn’t for the tank being dirty, would have been 5 stars all around. Please take good care of the fishies!

We had the joy of staying in the under the sea suite. Or pearl something....now for an Honest review because all the videos my husband saw on it made it look amazing. 🙄 The hotel itself is a little outdated. Could use some paint and new carpet..updated features. Its your run if the mill Bestbwestern. But the suite....For 200$ a night on a weekday, you would expect a little more for your money. The room was clean. There was a balcony..a nice surprise. Only 1 fish tank. A dissapointment. The fish stared at me and I'm still not sure how I feel about that. The bed was awesome but the pillows were crap. Fold them in half and stuff one in the other and you'll be alright...ish. The rainforest shower didn't fully work. The main shower head attached to the wall wasn't pouring any rain but the rest was awesome. There was also no thunder or lightening..jsyk. Shower was big enough for four..if that's your thing. T.v was weird..or we are middle aged adults that are often confused by technology..both are probably true. Sauna was great. Pool goes outside so if you are afraid of leaves you should probably skip that part. Breakfast was mediocre. The staff was amazing. Polite and accommodating. 5 minute drive to down town Galena. Not a fancy hotel but nice enough if your used to motel 6 and Baymont. 50/50 chance that we will return.

Stayed in the Fanta suite with the fish tank and while the room was beautiful the fish tank was absolutely disgusting and dirty....it was horrible to even look at...as of e of the main features of the room this needs to be kept up and you can tell it wasn't touched in a very long time....not to mention it was so dirty and nasty that we had a dead fish by morning....do better!!!! This was completely unacceptable!!! Other than that issue it was wonderful and everyone was very nice...would have e had a 5 star if not for the fish tank....

Very clean room. We stayed in a Lincoln room which was a log cabin decor. Breakfast was pretty good. Veggie omelettes and some sort of ham strips (didn't care much for that). They also had other things like yogurt, fruit, cereal and a pancake machine.
