Hotel was clean and no issues with the facility. For some reason the other guests on our floor were all up all night, no sports teams or anything. Kinda weird, lots of do not disturbs in the morning. I've stayed at other Hilton facilities in the area without issue. Don't know that I'll be back to this one.

Worse experience I have ever had checking into a hotel. We booked hotel rooms at least a month prior to our stay. We were coming to Indiana to celebrate my nephews 4th birthday and had a total of 6 rooms for our family. Whoever helped my sister book our connecting rooms over the phone did not do it correctly and it was not right when we came to check in. We were helped by Amanda who said I will have to cancel the reservation and make a new one, which we agreed to do. However she never told us that in doing this it would completely change the total of the room for our 1 night stay. Instead of the $200 rate that everyone else in my family paid for their rooms, we had to pay $373 which is outrageous!!! She was not helpful at all and just kept saying I told u I had to cancel the reservation over and over... Then threaten to kick us out as we were shocked and upset that our cost had almost doubled...Then on top of it all she didn't check us into the connecting room anyway and we had to change with my mom's room to be connected to my sisters room. If we hadn't driven over 2 hours to stay and celebrate my nephews birthday with the rest of my family we would not have stayed. Do yourself a favor and stay at one of the other hotels in the area as this was definitely not worth the money we paid. This error was on the hotel and the extra cost should have been waved especially since we brought so much business to the hotel. Needless to say we will definitely not be back!!

Cons first: Some paint was coming off in the bathroom. TV is at a very odd location but it works

Pros: Literally about everything. Check in was amazing, Carolina was a complete sweetheart. Room is huge and beautiful, I love all of the aesthetics in the lobby, hallways etc. We have 3 kids with us and the pool was decently warm, hot tub was hot.

Have not slept so cannot comment on the bed comfort, or breakfast.

I'm very particular about my hotels and I promise you won't be disappointed, at least at my room

This hotel offers everything you need when in town visiting family. It is in a great location with shopping and food . When we entered, the person at the desk was friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. We stayed 3 nights. We had housekeeping service without asking. They emptied the garbage, wiped down the bathroom, took out the used linens, and vacuumed. It was a pleasant surprise to return to tidy room. Most hotels you have to request this service.

We had reserved a room with 2 queens and when got there they said there weren't any and that it was TripAdvisor's fault as they had changed to a king. I told them it was unacceptable as we didn't want a king and show reservation confirming queens. They they said would try to find someone not checked in to switch. We had to wait 45 minutes while they helped other people as only one person working. Then said they had found someone to switch but when gave key called us the wrong name. Thehy just said something has gotten messed up and they had given us the wrong room. So then we had to wait another 15 minutes for them to find a clean room. Not a good experience for sure!!

Wonderful Stay at Hampton Inn in Munster

I had an amazing one-night stay at the Hampton Inn in Munster, Indiana. The rate was excellent, especially around the holiday, and the staff was so friendly I could have hugged them at checkout! They made me feel incredibly comfortable, adding to my already amazing birthday experience. The hotel was clean, quiet, and the perfect place to relax. ✨Highly recommend!

Worst hotel I have stayed in. Kids constantly running up and down the hall. Walls are also thin so can hear people moving around upstairs. Couldn’t sleep so I tried to request a late check out the night before and was told I would have to call to request in the am. Called in the am and was denied. They only allow a few late checkouts. Booked through Priceline and desk clerk tried to up charge my rate an additional $20 per night. If you’re trying to rest don’t stay here.

To be honest this is the second worst hotel I’ve been to with my family when we first got our rooms ours had stains on the walls and black spots on the bed so the let us switch room the second room was better but there are still stains on the walls. The pool in very dirty and they cover it up with lots of bleach their is disturbing things at the bottom of the pool and on the side of the pool by the window there are foods and other items, that’s not healthy🤒 at all for every kid that gets into that pool. The breakfast is disappointing, some kid threw up by the pool and two girls came and cleaned it up with febreze air freshener🤮, I don’t recommend coming to this hotel at all please don’t skip over this comment!
