I stayed at the Courtyard instead of the residence inn like usual and I was not disappointed at all!

The room (not pictured because of the View) was immaculate! Great value for price point!

And the hotel staff were all very professional and receptive to my needs and requests.

Ghost (my service dog/first born) love the staff and our stay. And the view from the balcony, which I can’t say enough good things about.

I’ll definitely be booking at the Courtyard for future stays in the Hammond area!

Solid stay. Older C by M, but has seen some renovations. Clean, very friendly staff. Beds were comfy, and they have gotten rid of that. God awful modular mini sofa thing, most Courtyards have. Nice little wall unit with a small refrigerator, Coffee maker and safe. Not the most picturesque area on the planet, but really convenient if you are traveling through this area. We stayed here for a concert at the hard rock, was a really good option. Zero complaint.

Stayed at this courtyard this weekend, i really enjoyed the clean hotel. The staff was great, his name is Joseph, very polite, always willing to help, answered every questioned respectfully. Joseph is the reason I will come back and stay at this hotel. Thanks, Joseph, for making my stay a great and relaxing weekend.

Joseph, the front desk agent, provided outstanding service. Despite being the only staff member at a busy location, he efficiently ensured that every guest was taken care of in an orderly manner. His hard work and dedication truly deserve recognition I was surprised not to see his name mentioned in more reviews.

Positive: The hotel all in all was great. Very clean and great location. Negative: When we booked I mainly booked because it was supposed to have a pool. However it was under renovation. So my son was very disappointed. Had I known it wasn't going to have it operating we would not had booked at this location.

We showed up here and it was clear there was no hot water. One guest said she'd been asked to try 6 different rooms. The woman at the desk insisted she just needed to let it run for longer. I tried my room and ran it for 5 minutes and it only got colder. I passed on the room and headed next door to the Residence Inn. I don't think it's worth it to go to a lower quality place.

HORRIBLE STAFF Front desk ladies with the supervisor was lying accusing me not having the room clean the person staying that room stain period on the blankets and child with diapers in the garbage still the cleaning service reported them with out letting guest know. she called me names for that room that I did not used. Knowing we have 3 rooms for 2 different family. Supervisor want to kick us. Also front desk give us the ok to eat breakfast next door hotel because was a Marriott is a sister hotel the next day they kick my family member out with children.
I don’t recommend families staying this hotel because the water don’t work or the hot water not available plus the pool still in maintenance and washer always not working.I demanded to report supervisor refuse because she is the supervisor.
Staff is rude and unprofessional to me and family members. I trying to explain about that is not the room I was using. I don’t recommend at all for families to stay here horrible experience staff don’t communicate with clients on timely manner.

Great hotel with adequate everything. Free hot coffee downstairs each morning along with their breakfast (it was limited but fresh). Good interaction with staff. They were undergoing some upgrade work in the lobby when I was there which made thing less than ideal, but aside from that the lodgings were comparable to those I've found from this chain in other states, which is to say I choose them for a reason
