The place is nice and clean. Nice big room. 2 stars because the morning desk woman and night desk woman are rude hateful curt huffy and seem like any question or need is such a burden and hassle for them. Not one smile or greeting from either. Husband will be back and forth to Indiana for the next year and a half, and will not stay here again because of the front desk attendants. Made us very uncomfortable any time we had to go down stairs. Also door dash is not allowed to come to your room, you have to get it from the lobby.

Positive: The employee on duty went above and beyond for us. Negative: The room was supposed to have room for 3 people, but there wasn?t any kind only a king bed in each room. We had 8 people in three rooms. The employee on duty got us roll away beds for the kids. The computer was down so she couldn?t make extra key cards.

They have seem to have it in their minds that this is a fancy hotel because they do not allow food deliveries to the room anymore. Meanwhile complete strangers can walk in at anytime. There’s no keycard access for the elevators so it’s not like they can’t use them to go up to any floor, and to any room. If safety is such a concern for food delivery they should address the numerous, more important safety concerns. Instead of small ones they end up hurting the customer experience.

This hotel does not offer a kitchen. Maybe a fridge that can’t even freeze things and a cheap little microwave.
It would be a real tragedy if a bot farm review bombed this business this year. I really hope that doesn’t happen!

I don’t understand how for the 3 years that I’ve consistently stayed at this hotel they have allowed DoorDash deliveries to the rooms I’ve stayed in, but all the sudden out of the blue some manager wants to change the rules. Yeah don’t bother staying here. They don’t clean the rooms as good as the should and you’ll often find things were not cleaned properly.

I have no interest in contacting yall. The only thing in my interest is my food being delivered to my room? What exactly is the safety concern here? These are food service gig workers doing a job. Not criminals

My husband and I first visited this hotel for my birthday in 2022, and was so impressed we returned for a family funeral in 2023. During our first two visits, we were pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms and the helpful staff.

During our last visit (Nov.14-18, 2024), the front desk staff was very nice and helpful, including Erika (who checked us in), Tamika, Jazelle, and Jada.

However, the room was not as clean as we had previously experienced. Upon our arrival at any hotel, it is my custom to clean my room, wiping down sinks, door handles, remotes, phones, desktops, and anything else we touch, as we have seen TV reports of hotel staff not cleaning rooms thoroughly.

On our recent visit, my husband and I kept sneezing when we came back to our room. He ended up getting very sick, and we left earlier than planned. We later discovered that this hotel allows dogs, which we were not aware of, and we are allergic to pet dander. The room smelled as if an animal had been there, but we didn't realize the cause of our discomfort until we left. Upon returning home, my husband was put on antibiotics for a respiratory infection.

It's important to note that while people often bring their dogs to hotels, not everyone is comfortable with pets in their rooms. We do not own pets ourselves, and if we did, we would NEVER allow them to sleep with us.

While it's perfectly acceptable for people to let their pets sleep in their beds at home, pet owners should be mindful that not everyone wants to sleep in a hotel room bed that has been occupied by a pet. This is especially relevant for those of us with children and/or allergies.

I certainly wouldn’t want my baby sleeping in a bed that dogs had been using; it seems very unsanitary. Perhaps a solution to this issue would be to designate a section of the hotel for pet owners and another section for those of us who prefer not to have pets in our rooms. Kind of like smoking and non-smoking rooms. The hotel industry should address this situation for all of its customers. We would like to speak with someone about a possible refund of some of all of our hotel stay. Thank you.

Horrible customer service. Called ahead to see if room was ready. Was told yes. Came in and then was told we would have to wait. Front desk woman was unfriendly and rude. We left.

The room smelled like weed, I don't know why it is connected to the Hilton app... online check-in doesn't work, and they moved me from the room i picked. Employees gathered in the main lobby huddled goofing off on their cell phones carrying on loud and blasting music.

This was a very nice. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms and showers were nice and clean. Loved the workout room and the pool area, and the breakfast was amazing!
