I've been coming here to get my nails done for 6 months now and have never had a negative experience. Jennifer is so thorough and patient with my problematic nails. The salon itself is very bright and clean. I absolutely love it here!

I apologize for not remembering the young ladies name who serviced me 9/2/22. The place is friendly, and clean. The whole staff was professional. When I tell you the young lady got these feet right baby, she worked it. We had food conversation and lol. I will be back and they use real gel products not acrylic thinking you getting gel nails. Thank you for taking me in last night I truly enjoyed my service.

So I really hate to have to leave a negative review because the owner was really nice however I have lost 2 nails which are really natural and really long due to the gel overlay lifting up at the bed of the nail after only 2 weeks and 100$. I have been getting my nails done for years so I am aware of the overlay growing out due to the nails growing and washing hands ect. But the entire overlay gel lifting is new to me. I also understand that products being used now are harmful and they (facets) are using products that are for the health of your overall nails but I believe it was due to the very thin layer of gel overlay placed on my nails. Needless to say I had to go and have the nails soaked off and have a brand new set done which I again had supposedly done 2 weeks ago. While I lost 2 of my own naturally long nails and had to be replaced with fake nails. Thank you for your response!! however I do remember the conversation we had about the one pinkie nail being damaged and may break but there was no conversation that the actual acrylic would come off/up and the pinkie nail didn't break, you also said other than that my nails were strong. The acrylic you all used lifted up from the base which caused my pointer finger and middle finger nails to bend and rip, acrylic grows out not completely lift up from the base I had to use nail glue to try and keep the base of the acrylics down onto the bed of my nails. As I said it was due to the lack of amount utilized and in no way should I have had to get a soak off in two weeks it was a bad job. Sometimes just take the feedback without trying to be correct. Although you have been doing nails for years, I have been getting mines done for years which would also make me an expert with my own nails and the proper way for them to be done. I have never experienced the acrylic completely lifting up even if I've waited a month it will just have grown outward but not lift completely up! God bless you and your ministry and Have a great day 😊

I've been to this nail shop 3 times. Once back in June, then the beginning of September and then September 24, 2021 which is actually my birthday. I at first love this shop to the fact I had to told my uncle about this place and he came and get his service done for his birthday. Then I came and my fiancée and I came and get ours done for our birthday which it all went downhill due to Jennifer Frazier. She should not be a Manager because she doesn't listen well and have a smart mouth. She appears to be very nice but I see that is an act. I was so surprise by here and stated I will not be returning and will let my people I refer there to no longer come as well. As a black person I try to support a black business and this is the thanks I get. An incident that should not happen and then it happen on my birthday made it really bad an experience for me. I know if the Owner would had been there it wouldn't had happen. Latonya was awesome enough to try to smooth it out between Jennifer and I. I told her if I would had known she had a great customer service person I would had choose her as my nail technician even though I was trying to get the Owner to service me but wasn't there due to personal reasons. It is 11/18 and I haven't been back and won't be until the owner get to the button of my matter if she care of enough and she was one of the main reason I love this place in the first. If not I will be taking my business somewhere else that will appreciate me and my money. I will not be paying for any bad service. I will be letting be posting my comment about this so no one else won't ever have to go through this. People pretend well especially I see when their boss is not around and that's not good for business. It took me a while to post this matter due to being busy.

I had a 4:45pm appointment for a Mani & Pedi made last week for today. I arrive at 4:43pm I immediately get put in the pedicure bowl by the manager/owner. I'm sitting there in the pedicure bowl and realize it's 5:15pm. I have been sitting here for 32 minutes with no service no one asking. My water is now cold and my person has not came over once. I take my feet out bowl wipe them off put on my shoes and only then does my person come over and say she can still do my pedicure I say "No thank you", she ask if I want to reschedule I say "No thank you". Now I'm back looking for a reliable nail tech who takes appointment time seriously. As time is money and self care is supposed to be stress free.
