look the salon is good the atmosphere is good they seem to do some good work but let me tell you Nikki is a con artist i just left me 2nd appointment with her my 1st experience she took me last minute bc the lady i booked with initially couldn’t do the style i actually commend her for saying so it was $125 when i was switched to Nikki the price became $300 after she told me $265 for cut color and style but what i showed her and what i got were different but not so off that i complained it lasted all of 2 days i had many sores in my scalp 2 days later due to the bleaching process ok i book my 2nd appointment wash and style on the site was $65 i called her to clarify what service to book she told me when i clicked back on it the price had jumped to$75 when i got simple finger waves she shows me her phone the price was $85 i will never go back i asked her why your price keep changing she mumbled something but i didn’t make a big deal but what if i only had what she charged on me that’s robbery i wouldn’t say don’t visit the shop just know if you book with her she gone jack you for mediocre work her color is good tho but she can’t style too great styles below is what i got vs what i asked for i’m tired of chicago hair girlies not to mention when i was given over to Nikki at 1pm i had to wait until she finished up with her client i didn’t get out of there until 7:30 pm smfh

My first time there and I will never return. My stylist was Nikki and I could tell from the moment she started doing my hair she had No idea what she was doing. I wanted a cut and style. I have had many great stylist It's always been Cut, Wash, Mold, Dryer, Style. I set underneath the dryer twice and she hand dried me twice. And don't let me start on the cut. I actually looked worse than when I came in. Plus my neck is still healing from the clippers cutting the back of my neck. If you want to Master your craft you have to talk to your clients, get the feel of what they want or what they've had before, be more particular about your work don't be satisfied with just anything or you'll never build your clientele. One of the best salon experiences ever! Brittany and her staff were extremely professional and efficient. I've never witnessed anyone sew hair that fast. She completed 2 sew ins while I was getting braided down. The braided were amazing too. Great foundation in less than an hour.

The salon was sanitized and clean. I'll definitely be back

I am a new client of Angela. She is AMAZING at what she does. She has great time management skills because I have never had to wait for service on the day of my appointment. She also cares about your hair and teaches you the skills to take care of it and how to keep it healthy. Weaves, Braids, Wigs, etc .... She does it all and she does it exceptionally well. I am very pleased with my new stylist. Everyone else at the salon are very friendly and professional. Don't snooze on this Salon !

I had an 11:30 appointment for my 90yr old mother in law. ( wash & style) When we arrived the person who we were booked with was busy. We were passed over to someone else. After waiting 45 minutes with no service, she took someone else who I assume had an appointment too. We left after 1 hour 10 minutes of no service. This type of customer service is unacceptable. I understand that you make more money with the younger generation, getting the braids and everything, but you must take care of ALL your clients. With Mother's Day tomorrow I was lucky to find someone who could take care of us.

I have been coming to this salon for about a year now and Sonya is my stylist she is more than amazing. She is literally my frontal (lace) specialist. Every time I come in she always tends to my natural hair making sure it’s nice and healthy as well as my weave. This is a very friendly salon I love the staff Nicole is always helpful, willing to assist in anyway, and welcoming. Brittany the owner is always accommodating. When I leave I feel better than when I walked in I have yet to leave disappointed.
