This place is horrible. They cut my finger with the shaver and had it bleeding bad. Then tried to cover it with brown makeup and continue to do my nails as it was bleeding. They also didn’t want to give me no discount or nothing from it. They yelled at me and talked about me in their language so I would not understand. They rush while do work as if it’s a race. So unprofessional & my lawyer would be contacting them. & another thing you would think they would give there every two week customer something. I am a regular but they do care !

Do not go here. got SNS dip and two of my nails came off *completely* not even a week later. After coming in for the first nail, the man started filling the surface of my nails to redo the acrylic. Then, a customer walked in who had called ahead of time (he forgot) so I had to leave with dull nails and come back hours later so that he could finish. Then, he tried to charge me $45 for a fill-in even though those words NEVER came out of my mouth and I told them I was just there yesterday. They also have a few unsanitary practices that I saw but I will leave this review at that. A waste of $50.

Disappointing service got kicked out my seat for another customer and I’m pretty sure my tech was hungover. Can’t even complete a simple manicure and had the audacity to ask for a tip Been going here for a long time and won’t be back for the rest of my life

This was my first and last time going to this place. I arrived at 6:30 and showed them my nail inspiration. I also told them the services I wanted. They agreed they could do it. I sat for 45 minutes awaiting my turn. They started with my pedicure and half way through it they all came to rush my services. I said something and they was upset talking about we close at 8. It was 7:30 now. I told them I was here sitting cause of them. The said yay but we closing so we not going to do what all you wanted. I won't come back there again.

I love this place literally top tier . I always come last minute and they still take their time I love Yumi and Penny they are the best thank you so much for the wonderful experience. Going to the nail shop use to be such a drag but here it’s pure luxury I could literally fall asleep how clean and comfortable they have set the tone . Truly a hidden gem

I went there for a facial. And the woman pretended she spoke very little English. She sure spoke good English when she tried to sell me extra products and regarding her tip. She tried to get me to get a pedicure also. She kept telling me that my skin was dirty over and over again. She kept telling me I need to come back every three months so I figured that’s why she was trying to intimidate me by telling me my face was dirty. I take two showers a day. I hadn’t had a facial in about 10 years. Another customer came in early so she rushed me through it. She told me she was going to use a mask on me and never did. I told her I wanted her to concentrate on the sides of my face and she kept going around my nose, I finally pushed her hand down and told her to stop it, and she then went to the side of my face. I used the restroom and the toilet did not flush. They have a chain and a hanger which you have to pull down as the handle doesn’t work. I would never go back there. The bottom of this link asks what services did they perform and I chose pedicure because there is no option for facial.
