Best BBQ I've tasted in this area. Other places you either get too much food that had very hard to chew pieces in it or you taste starter fluid. This place had good sauce, meat had just the right bite and cooked as bbq should be cooked.

I'm not a big BBQ fan, but I know what good bbq is.

Will be coming back. FYI, I was #02 ticket today.

Let's start here never heard of the place b4 this was Christmas eve the family starving of course we needed to find something open because everyone starting to get Moody we had been doing all the last minute Christmas shopping we run across this place and let me tell you the aroma carried me into that's place I was so hungry my daughters were skeptical we don't know anything about this place have you ever been here I'm inside the environment from the other customer to the wonderful staff along is a A+ but then this savory production of what humans call food I call it what they Bible calls heaven food this mammoth they serve because my kids mother said Let's try everything which I wish I followed my first mind because we did get everything we didn't get anything in the pan form or bucket size which for that trip was a mistake because when we got in the car the fries didn't stand a chance the kids had the chicken wings under the I apologize act and me and the first lady trying to contain the tender ribs & link the catfish made it home and some dessert but this 2 area to keep the peace that catfish will be to the first lady til she has enough or feel we are worthy to have some lol. If you haven't got it by now this is the place to be you can't be disappointed great atmosphere great customer care not service and just excellent food when I tell you I'm out there every week I'm not exaggerating try them and get addicted like I am

We shared the wing and tip combo $18 because it was our first time here. It was disappointing. A bit salty and no smoke flavor. Wings were kinda soggy cos they were soaked in bbq sauce. Tips were a bit chewy. Where’s the smoke flavor though 😢. Sorry won’t be back. Too many other bbq joints around here to settle for unsmoked meat.

Stop here to check out some BBQ. Place my order for some tips and links...waited 10min or so before my order was ready. Pick the bag up after the order was up and it had some weight to im like ok we in business here. Cracked it open and everything is drenched in sauce and I mean everything... I like sauce but this might be too much but I soldier thru it. I got it with their mixed sauce which is BBQ sauce mixed with this hot-flavored sauce. Definitely will clear up your sinus. The first bite was of the hotlink and these are quality links plus nice size at that too (pause). 8.7. The tips were good they were juicy, with decent flavor I enjoyed these as well. 8.6. The tips and links come with fries and they do give a lot...kinda wish they cut back on the amount of fries to add more tips. If not then it should be called Just Fries, with tips, and links🤷🏾‍♂️. Overall it was still quality BBQ for the price ngl 8.7.

My husband ordered Sunnys turkey tips yesterday, he doesn't eat pork. I do sometimes. Especially when it comes to rib tips. But I end up tasting his and it was sooo good!!! I've tried his turkey tips from other places before and always a thumbs down for me! This got me on my way back for my own personal as we speak! Lol good job sunny's the taste was on point and you have gained another customer!

My first time at Sunny’s Bar B Que. The ribs didn’t taste smoked to me, but they were tender and the sauce was good. Be sure to bring cash, there’s a $2 fee for debit cards.

The establishment is large, it’d be nice if they had a few tables.

I got the large tip and the serving size is really nice for the price. My only issue was that the rib tips were tough and very chewy. Also had some piece that were more on the burn size. Sauce is really good and my fries were fresh. I called my order ahead of time but still had to wait quite a bit once I came and paid for it. Wasn’t a big issue for me. If I had more rib tips that weren’t tough this would have been a 5 star review. But maybe today was a bad day. This was my very first time trying them As you can see in the photos I have a lot of meat left over, which makes me sad because I feel like I wasted my money.

I've been to this restaurant in South Holland, and let me tell you, Sunny's Barbeque is one of the best I've ever tasted. I know there are other great restaurants out there like Harold's Chicken, but nothing can touch Sunny's when it comes to true Southern barbecue. I've heard that they originated in the South. Some say Florida, others say Mississippi, but I'm not sure. But I tell you, the South surely knows how to make good food. I highly recommend this restaurant, and I really want to try their steak burgers, which never seem to stay in stock because people buy them like crazy. I'm hoping that they add a little bit of barbecue sauce to them. Can't wait to try them out! 😋🍖
