Food very good atmosphere very good. Service was at the beginning. When we finnish it took long time before waitress came to give us our check . The need to hire some more people. .it state getting busy. We weren't the only ones eaiting.

There was only 2 people working when I was there. They have a Monday and Thursday special. My gator was really good! The sauces were mayo based for the juicy shrimp special. Dine in = 15% gratuities automatically on check

The store didn’t have many people & I asked to be seated alone. The male host seated me where he wanted. My dining experience was completely ruined by two other patriots the only thing I enjoyed was my server only because she got me out of the restaurant quickly. 10% discount was gave only because I demanded a discount. Wasn’t high enough for what I paid.

Great place, we have been here several times before in other locations, but this one was the best! No waiting! I gave this place four stars because the hush puppies were a little cold in the middle, but other than that, everything was great. I had the half shrimp and half crab legs it was great the sauce was wonderful my husband had the lobster tail and we also had shrimp fried rice it was fantastic. Our waitress was very friendly and was very Swift. Would recommend this place to anyone.😁😁

The sauce has good flavor but the sauce is extremely thin. It's like water. Hot sauce is thicker than this sauce. The sauce doesn't stick to the food at all and it's extremely oily.

Service and quality definitely on a slippery slope. Left me with not going back. Crab legs wasn't fresh, sweet potato fries were warmed up in a microwave, sauce was thin and runny with no flavor, very oily, pink lemonade not good and we had to ask for crab crackers. The waitress should have called off. She tossed us the bib & glove kit. Wish I would have taken pictures. The sign said gratuity will be automatically added and no refund. That should have told me the service I was about to receive. My 1st negative review on a restaurant. We only came here because we didn't have time to drive to Orland Pk. It's a shame that we can't have quality food in our own neighborhood. I wouldn't be surprised if I saw a sign in the window saying closed! They definitely would not be missed!

I placed an online order today at 7:44pm. When I got home with my food, and opened the bag I noticed that there was only a little
bit of the seafood boil sauce. I really didn’t think anything of it because i didn’t think that it would make much of a difference. As I sat down to eat I notice that the sauce was basically OIL! The crawfish tastes and looked old, and the shrimp were over cooked. The corn and potatoes were also old and the food had zero seasoning, just covered in complete oil! So disappointed because I spent my money on old oily food! And I will never eat here again. And I will share my experience so people can think twice before eating here.

Had the Cajun boil and everything was cooked just right. Crab legs were good, shrimp was great... enough for 2 people. Will be back. Average pricing.
