If you’re looking for a breakfast spot with hearty and flavorful options, this place should be on your list. Their five-egg omelettes are absolutely amazing! While $16 might feel a little pricey, especially since we skip the side items (we’re on a keto diet), the quality of the food makes it worth it.

The omelettes are generously sized and packed with flavor. A standout is the one with creamy goat cheese—it’s rich, indulgent, and an absolute must-try. The combination of flavors is spot on, making it a favorite for us every time. If you’re not on a keto diet, I’d recommend trying their pancakes as well. When I used to have them, they were fluffy, perfectly cooked, and delicious.

Another highlight is their freshly squeezed orange juice. You can tell it’s made on-site, and it pairs perfectly with any meal.

The only downside is that they don’t adjust the price if you skip the side items (like hashbrowns or pancakes), which feels a little unfair. However, the quality of the food makes up for it.

Be aware—this place is always packed. Whether it’s a weekday or a weekend morning, expect a busy atmosphere. But honestly, that’s a testament to how good it is! If you’re willing to wait, the food won’t disappoint.

Overall, if you’re in the mood for a fantastic breakfast with top-notch omelettes and fresh ingredients, you won’t regret coming here!

this place is a total gem. my husband tried this for the first time without me and raved about it. so when we happened to be in dekalb/sycamore, we stopped here for breakfast. I walked and was genuinely surprised at the fancier atmosphere. I was expecting a diner type place (nothing wrong with that), but everything was so clean, and the decor was sharp. I especially liked the booths because they were tall and felt much more private and not like I was having a conversation with my husband AND the neighboring table.
now, onto the food. we both got seasonal dishes. my husband got pumpkin pancakes, and I got apple cider french toast. again, I was totally taken by surprise at the plating and general "prettiness" of the dish. the brioche bread they used was outstanding. not the sad, soggy texas toast you get in most places. it stood up to the apples, sauce, and syrup. next, the apples were SO good. I truly appreciate the fact that they used fresh apples and a homemade sauce instead of an apple pie filling...they were crunchy and a lovely contrast with the french toast itself. my husband's pancakes (yes, I had to try a tinyyyyy bite) were also wonderful. sweet and moist because of the pumpkin. the tangy cream cheese sauce on top paired perfectly with the pancakes. but I'm definitely glad I got the french toast because I think they were a bit more unique and interesting. I highly recommend this place. I can't wait to go back because I want to try about half of the menu!

Quality and service are why you go here. You may have to wait if you go on a Sunday morning, but trust me, it is worth the wait. My hubby and I got in in 15 min , food came fast and was amazing I got the cream of chicken with a California burger and side salad. Food was amazing!

Biscuits and gravy are one of my favorite dishes when I eat breakfast and this was a 1 star dish texture of biscuit was okay the taste of sausage and sauce barely a hint of sausage more seasoning than anything on to the next breakfast location

Cute breakfast spot with a French bistro vibe. Very generous portions for the price. Our server, Baltazar, was fantastic! Friendly, attentive but not over-bearing, and quick with any request. And the food…delicious! Will definitely return!

Where to begin. Cozy atmosphere. food is absolutely delicious. Fresh. employees very friendly and professional and polite. Manager is always on top of over seeing everything. Very clean restaurant. Bathroom very clean ( that's very important) 5 eggs omelette ( can't finish it ) good size potion. Pancake .. delicious) soup ( delicious) coffee ( fresh) you can't go wrong with any items you order ...just very delicious !!!

Heaven on earth, one of the best breakfast places I've been too. Seriously. Some of the best pancakes I've ever had, and the eggs or top tier. Their coffee is also amazing, and the whole place is just very well-kept and fancy. The staff have also always been incredibly kind. Definitely one of my favorite food places in DeKalb.
