Lovely main cabin. Lovely owner.. very nice man. Lots of space for the family to sleep. Pool is by the owners residence, not buy the cabins and does close early ... about 5 pm. The pond is great for fishing. Be sure to bring bug spray as there are quite a bit of mosquitoes. Tad bit pricey as there is a per person (yes kids too) fee if you go over the cabin occupancy rate so be aware. Overall great stay..

This is our third year coming here. It's spring time so we don't get to use the pool, but the place is wonderful. The cottage is simple but has what you need to get away. Furniture is comfy, plenty of beds, and a kitchen to feed everyone. No dishwasher, which would be nice after cooking up fish, but not a big deal.

Don and Barb are wonderful hosts and help out with little pointers for town. Property has plenty of room, little pond to fish, and an overall great spot to get away.

Of all the vacation houses we have rented this is by far my favorite! The owners were great, from the first phone call in march up till our check out Sherry and Dave made sure we had everything we needed. The house was very comfortable for 5 adults and could have easily fit 5 more. Location is great, very quiet, located close to town and close to lake access.

My wife and I stayed there on our honeymoon, We found the accommodations More than satisfactory. It made our union of marriage so very special, Enjoyed the Fishing. Thanks to Barb for the Flowers and Gift basket, She truly is a One of a Kind !!!

Had a great time at Our Old House!! Plenty of space for a large group! Really enjoyed the pool! Had alot of great times at the pond and caught plenty of fish! Great pond to take kids fishing at!! Don and Barb were extremely friendly and helpful!!

We have stayed twice in one of the cabins. I am mad at myself for not doing research to find out about their place. We could have been doing this for years!! I have nothing bad to say. They bend over backwards to accommodate you! The place has been so clean each time! We will be back after we eat some of the fish we caught. Love how close their places are to things in the area! Don’t hesitate to book with them! You will be mad at yourself for not doing it sooner also!

Haven’t been there in a while, but Barb and Don have always been very hospitable. They even invited my buddy and I to join them for chicken dinner on their patio when we arrived. The house is very cozy and comfortable. Large enough for a big group. We plan on going back soon.

Our Old House and The Satterfields are an awesome team and give our community much needed services. Don is a very talented and awesome guide that can help you find the fish, no matter what the weather is outside! Barb is a very gracious host for the cabins that are now, not only a clean and comfortable accommodation for your stay, but have many ammenities such as full service kitchens as well. We are grateful for them.
