This place is very nice. I went here for a private benefit. It was to benefit a swim team in Pana Illinois. They did a great job with their event and raised a great deal of money. They had one of my favorite bands playing too, Van Waylon Band. As usual, they put on a super show. If you are in need of a large place for an event, this place would be it.

Building 1225 has been such a blessing for our community!!! My grandkids LOVE going there and playing. It's so clean and bright and lots to do for all ages. Perfect place to host parties. Reserving for birthdays, weddings, any party is so simple and headache free as party planning can be. I can't say enough good things about Building 1225 and the staff!!!

We've had our son's birthday party here 2 or 3 times. Huge open area with a jungle gym, basketball course and bounce house. Plenty to keep a group of youngsters busy!

If you require personal injury liability waivers, then your venue isn’t suitable for scheduling field trips w pre-school aged children.

This is a neat place for a party for littles. Climbing equipment, bounce house, little ride-on toys, basketball hoop, a corral for crawlers, tables & chairs. It's perfect for a birthday party to let kids run around.

I like the building nice pace kidsI had a craft show here I done pretty good but I wasn't crazy about the hostess that put it on she was okay but she kept coming around telling me that I had to move something and we weren't even set up yet wasn't time to be set up yet I was having my mom transfer some bags over to another bag because the one bag that they were in was wholly so she had it a little bit in the aisle but not too much just enough to where she could get it in the other bag I had to go and put it in the other bag and help mom instead of putting my stuff up and then I was late getting my stuff up it made me mad I think it was because the woman behind us kept complaining about it but the lady needed to shut up and leave me alone both of them it aggravated me I wanted to get stuff done and have Mom do what she needed to get done these people that have been putting on these vendor events are getting ridiculous she also told me that she will only take PayPal and also application online and I refuse to do that so I probably won't go back there I have actually found another place to go on that same day she told a friend of mine that she didn't have a spot for her which she had enough room to put her up but my friend sent her money in and I think I got her spot I wasn't very happy about that but there was nothing I could do so I hope she can get her money back I don't know what's going on
