Ziza Nail Salon is simply the best! I have been going to Ziza consistently for over a year, and my nails have never looked better. I receive so many compliments on my nails. 50 dollars for a dip manicure that last 4-6 weeks - you can’t beat that! If you are looking for a reasonably priced nail salon where you know you’ll leave with amazing nails, go to Ziza! You won’t regret it. ☺️

Went in for a fill with a simple design...my nails look horrendous, they're uneven, crooked, nothing like I showed, she rushed, was rude to my daughter who was supposed to get a little manicure for her birthday yet only got a polish change..then charged me $60 for something I could have done myself. Absolutely will never return. No paper towels at washing station, watered down soap, and she was going to use all dirty supplies until I said something..definitely would not recommend to anyone.

I’ve been going to this nail salon for a couple months now, and have been the best experiences. The location is beautiful like Cesar Palace, the owners are so friendly, and the work is flawless! Kim the owners does my nails her creative goes above and beyond every time. I’ll go in pick the colors, give her a theme, and she’ll then do her thing. Most places are in a rush to get you out, but here they’ll take their time to give us QUALITY work! Thank you for your service! 🙏

It's not usually my style to take the time to leave a bad review, however, I feel I need to make potential customers aware of the horrible service I received on 6/19/24.
I requested a no-chip fill. The male that began to do my nails, didn't give me the impression that he had experience based on the way he was using the file to remove the top layer. I gave him the benefit of the doubt. He did a horrible job filling them in. I let him know that I was not happy with how they were turning out. He re-did them. They were still horrible, in fact, so horrible that he asked his female co-worker if she could take over. She did. She wasn't able to completely fix the bad job he had done. I was there for 1 hour and 35 minutes. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE.

staff is very nice and clean but my manicure didn't turn out at all like I was wanting. wish she could've just told me she wasn't able to do the design when I asked. I even told her if she's not comfortable with the design we could do something else but she said she could do it.

First time at Ziza’s and I couldn’t be happier with the service! Such talented and friendly staff. The space was clean and they took their time doing my manicure- didn’t rush through it all. Which made me happy with the quality. I will definitely come back again!

I was in town from Texas to celebrate my 2 month old Twins “Sip & See” with family. I went to Ziza because it was the closest nail salon & I regret it. I went in Friday for a no chip pedicure. I asked to have an acrylic tip placed on my big toe since it broke & was uneven from the rest of my nails. From the moment the lady started I explained to her she was doing it wrong. She REFUSED to listen. Once she finished, after multiple times of me pointing out that she didn’t file my nail surface, didn’t use primer, used the wrong size tip, didn’t apply the acrylic evenly, didn’t measure that nail to my other nail to make it even, etc I asked the manager Kim to redo it for me. Kim stated she was booked the rest of the day. On Saturday (the day of our event) my toe nail completely came off. I went back into the salon at 11:30am to have it fixed or be refunded the $10 I was charged for that nail and I was told they were booked and couldn’t fix it and they don’t refund. If I could single-handedly be the one to shut this business down, I’d do it in a heartbeat. Not only did they waste my time, they ruined my mood for my Twin’s event, I had to last minute find different shoes, they wasted my money, they were rude and they were very selective in who they provided complimentary beverages to…only white women. I absolutely hate the way they handle business.
