Affordable , clean , quiet , everything worked properly , bed was very comfortable . Grocery, gas and restaurants right next door . perfect for a working man. I got no complaints at all .

The people that own the Surrey Motel are the greatest! They go way out of their way to make sure you're stay at the motel is the greatest! Clean rooms and all the amenities are there!

It shouldn't have been an issue, but I brought my stuff in out of my car to a friend's room for about 3 hours, consolidated it into bags so it was easier for me to put back and the office charged them $20 for that.

I recently stayed at the surrey motel in Ottawa il for the first three nights of my move to Ottawa with my family, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The room we stayed in was clean, spacious and comfortable, providing us with a much-needed respite after a long journey. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, always going above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. This made it very convenient for me to get a sense of the area and explore it further. Additionally, there were plenty of amenities and services nearby, including restaurants and shops, which made settling into the new neighbourhood much easier. Overall, I would highly recommend the surrey motel Ottawa il to anyone in a similar situation. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I stayed for 3 weeks. The rooms are all clean and bug free fyi. The rooms are older but have all new appliance. The owners are friendly and flexible and the weekly rates are the best in town. They do have a strict no visitor policy which I found to be a bonus. I would stay again or sure.
