Brought my son and daughter in. My 8yr old son got a little manicure and they didn't even clean under his nail. My daughter,13 got a full set. ALL of her nails have fallen off in a matter of 4 days! Not broke, just fell off. Not impressed and will NOT return! Wasn't worth $60 for her nails

The daughters are very good at what they do. The mom doesn’t take her time and rushed while doing my nails. I understand that at the time so many customers came in, but you have to attend the customer you have seated properly. There was a miscommunication during my nail session and instead of her politely saying “well I thought you said no” she said it with attitude. I wanted a square shaped nail and it looks wide at the tips. Over all the design was great but the actual shaping was rushed. I have gone there before and they usually do a really good job. The girl who did my sisters nails took her time asked several times if every step was ok. My sister is very happy with the way her nails turned out.

I will never go to this establishment ever again. They just lost a few customers because I will tell my friends the rude treatment you will get there. The mother stood and screamed at her daughter for taking so long on my nails. The mother told her she us not to do designs that take that long. I got ombre done and of course I asked first if its okay for her to do that and the daughter said it was no problem. Besides the daughter did not start my nails until 1:45 and she finished at 2:55. The mother tells her she can't do designs that take 2 hours to do. I go to a nail place to get my nails done the way I want it done, no matter how long. I'm a paying customer. THE MOTHER IS RUDE. I didn't say anything when she was yelling at her daughter because I can tell the daughter was already embarrassed. No wonder a lot of people go there and ask for the daughters to do their nails. The daughters are awesome. The mom not so much.

DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! POOR ATTITUDE!!!

I’ve gone many times to different salons and notice that in general they build clientele. This was my first time at this location wanting armpit wax for my 12yr old. The lady said “a few minutes”. I waited for about 15 min and the older gentleman kept pacing back and forth and there were at least 2-3 people just roaming. I finally got up and was nearly leaving. The lady probably noticed this and finally approached us and asked what service we wanted again. I said “armpit”. Another five min later she took us to the back, and as we are walking she says I “should wait outside because the room is small.” That seemed odd so I continued to follow and she left the door ajar which again seemed odd but didn’t want to be a Karen I just stood outside for a minute and again, no one was attending to my child so I just tried to calm down and went to the lobby area. A few minutes later the same lady came to the front and saud “$12 if you pay cash $15 card ok?”I said ok that’s fine. Approximately 10-15min later my child came out and seemed startled. She didn’t want to talk to me and asked to leave quickly. She finally said she had gotten her eyebrows done as well. She had never had them done..EVER, and I nor her had requested it either as we had mentioned more than once to the same lady that we wanted only her armpits done. I asked my child why she didn’t say anything to the lady then. She told me she had,and she even had her sunglasses on. When they lady went to take them off to work on her eyebrows, my child says she told her “no only my armpits.” And even covered her face but the lady just said “ok fine” and began working on her eyebrows. Again, we’re talking about a 12 year old. She was just worried she would make the lady upset and felt that if she had already asked her not to and she disregarded her, it wouldn’t make a difference. As I was going to pay the lady tells me it’s $37. I asked why if she said $12 and she started to become aggressive and began yelling “you no see her you got pay now”. I insisted that she shouldn’t have performed a service not requested. She kept yelling and talking to who seemed to be the person in charge who was professional unlike her. She said “I can’t believe it you no want pay it’s ridiculous.” I explained to her that it’s not about the money but the lack of service. She should’ve confirmed with me when my child said no. He kept trying to calm her down, and said “it’s ok look she’s going to pay.” I paid all in cash and left. It’s sad that places like this don’t seem to be concerned in creating new customer relationships and were more invested in their cellphones than servicing. I work customer service for over 30 years and I pride myself in giving back when I can. I like to tip good and appreciate good service because especially nowadays it’s hard to find. When I walk into new places it’s always like tossing a coin but I like to try things at least once. I had seen the mostly negative reviews but did not want to focus on that. I’ve gone to places with high score reviews and had negative experience. Il take crummy work over customer service and here they lacked both. Save your stress and drive out or wait to go to your place of choice.

I am afraid to go here again. Very unsanitary and the technician used, used files and buffers on my nails. Files hold bacteria and this is elementary procedures for licensure. In other words the technician doesn’t give a hoot about their clients health and it’s not done out of ignorance.
They charge the same prices as stellar salons and also the pedicure foot basin was dirty. I have been very stressed since leaving but I didn’t want to make a scene. I have filed a complaint against the salon…

I was able to walk in without making appointment to get my nails done a full set really great design it did take a little longer but they are busy did you get good business definitely recommend going I only had one issue being burnt by one of the lights when I had my nails in but that's okay it will heal beauty is pain I absolutely love going back there to get my nails done and I would highly recommend this place

I rarely write reviews, but this was a must. The service was completely rushed, the nail tech (who I believe was the Mom) was completely rude. Horrible customer service and looked very unsanitary. I will NOT be returning and letting people in town know to NOT go there.
