Just a few weeks ago, one of the security guards killed a girl who was just having fun. How is it possible that this establishment hires people inexperienced in handling weapons? I hope the city shuts this establishment down. And it seems like there are always fights. Unfortunately, this establishment only cares about money, not people's safety.

Hello good morning or good afternoon or whatever time you find yourself reading my review as being the top reviewer I always say that everyone's experiences different I'm just sharing mine the Mansion live has got to be one of the best nightlife clubs I have ever visited in Melrose Park the reason I visited is because my firm was having a Christmas party and an awards ceremony the whole entire staff was very professional even the security at the front door I was very impressed with the gentleman working the parking lot that night they were very professional the bartenders/ servers deliver nothing but over the top world class customer service I like the decor is the ambiance off this establishment you definitely feel like a celebrity or someone important when you are here huge shout out to the owner and the entire staff I will be sure to recommend this spot to someone else

I wanted to share feedback regarding my experience at your club on the evening of December 1, 2024. While my night was going well initially, it took a disappointing turn due to an unacceptable incident with one of your employees.

As this was my first time visiting your club, I was enjoying myself until I needed to retrieve my coat from the backstage area. While waiting in an orderly fashion as the next person in line to enter the room, one of your staff members—a Black male with dreadlocks down to his chest—unexpectedly and forcefully pushed me. This caused me to drop everything I was holding, including my phone and drink, and left me both shocked and upset.

To make matters worse, another employee mentioned that this was not the first time this individual had acted in such an unprofessional manner. As a customer who was following the process, this behavior is entirely unacceptable. It reflects poorly on the club and raises serious concerns about the hiring and training of staff, especially those in positions requiring customer interaction and safety oversight.

Such actions not only violate customer trust but may also constitute grounds for legal action under Illinois law. I will be contacting the club tomorrow to formally report this incident and discuss my options, including the possibility of pursuing legal recourse. I strongly recommend immediate action be taken against this employee, including their termination, as they clearly do not uphold the standards of professionalism and customer service expected in such a role.

So disappointed w this place now. It used to be so much fun to go dance and now it’s terrible! So expensive to get it and it’s so packed!!!! You can’t even get through to the other side of the club. No room to dance anymore because they added another stage in the middle of the dance floor. They weren’t even paying attention to who was over 21. Everyone was throwing up and not getting kicked out! Drinks are overpriced I had 5 drinks at $17 each and I was not even tipsy!!! I went on 12/28 - wont be going back anymore.

Went last night and their website said $25 before 10:30. Got to the entrance and they doubled the price at $50 cash only. It was 10:20. They don't honor their own prices. They tried making the excuse that the website was wrong. Even though they had the price for tickets online for $30, then the day of the event went up to $40. So why would they not fix their $25 entrance before 10:30 ? Bogus business. Don't recommend.

If I could give no stars I would, first time I ever came here and also first time I ever went out to a club scene, I had a terrible experience but thought maybe it was just a fluke. Came back for the second time after a few months and AGAIN a terrible experience. DJ was not good, was constantly talking over the music and only playing a second of a song before changing it, the crowd was awful and no manners even for drunk people. Couldn’t dance without a line of people coming through and bumping into you or hitting you. And lastly a security guard on the bigger side, black, and with dreads unnecessarily slapped me in the back MULTIPLE times. Avoid if you can!! Security was also very rude and of no help the last time I had come. Will definitely not be returning 😔

Went there at 10:15 last night since tickets were $25.00 at the door before 10:30 according to their website… got to the window at 10:21 and there was a sign at the window saying $50… I asked the girl and she said that it was going to be $50 since the website was wrong…. That’s false advertisement. This place is a rip off and Ghetto…

The pepino drinks are excellent at $10 each the size of a Vegas bomb don’t leave without trying some. The bar staff is amazing. The dj tonight was not it I think it was dj o-zone.
My friends paid for $10 tickets weeks before the event some at 20 but I unfortunately paid $50 CASH at the door 😭 I should have planned ahead.
Parking was also $10 this evening. Around 11:30 they opened another room and so on.
The worst part was the ladies room always had a line and we arrived at 9:54 just to get parking in the main lot. There was always a 12-25 min wait for the line to the ladies room.
They have more bars than bathroom stalls in the ladies room.
I don’t like coming here but my bestie wanted to see the tik tokers that made an appearance. Knowing this club is for 18+ the additional bars don’t make sense they need to close one or 2 to make more room for the womans bathroom.
