This place is disgusting. I came into the room and wanted to put my stuff on the bedside table and it was all sticky! I took a wash cloth and wiped it down right away. There was some pink residue on the washcloth, don’t know what that was. The carpet looked like it had stains all over it. Didn’t even bother to sit down on the loveseat, it was covered in stains as well. I had to ask for a different blanket too as the one on the bed looked like it had balls in it...literally. I got up in the morning and wanted to make some coffee, like I usually do before going to work. I opened the coffee maker and the water container had something white in it.. gross. The worst of all, I couldn’t even sleep well because the nearby room residents were running in the hall and slamming doors all night. How is this considered a 3 star hotel? I do not recommend this place.

If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. The worker was very helpful but the hotel was absolutely disgusting with bedbugs, and other bugs dead on the bed..I had to switch my room multiple times because the rooms weren't clean and they had a smell to them. The carpet was filthy. I recorded videos of the room as well. The way the room looks online it looks nothing like that in person. They are horrible. I want my refund back.

Considering the hotel needs updated, my room was clean and the beds where comfy. The staff was amazing, Kristen the housekeeper was awesome. She took care of anything we needed and gave us some get suggestions for restaurants.
Note to owner: you should really do some serious updates for the prices you charge. I come and stay here every time I visit and it seems you do nothing. Get with times and update this place. You have a great staff that works hard for you and some very loyal customers but seems you don’t care about the appearance.

Pretty sure the room wasn't cleaned before we were checked in, there was visible brown liquid with hair stuck to it on the hair dryer. Service was terrible as the crew for our whole first day was 3 kids (between 16 to 18) that had no professionalism whatsoever. They lounged in the lobby on their phones, not a care in the world. I genuinely thought they were rowdy guest when I first came to check in. I was shocked when the girl went behind the counter to start the check in process. Next morning, very sweet receptionist that put those kids to shame. Sorry to say, even though there was a shift change, that first crew of immature workers really ruined it for me and the image of their hotel.

Front desk was friendly, air conditioner was being held up with duck tape the room had a weird smell to it to top it off the place is infested with bed bugs. We asked to be upgraded to a suite for a better hygienic room considering it was already close to 8 management was so cheap they refunded the money instead of putting us in a different room forcing us to go to the comfort inn for the remainder of the night even if comfort inn was $20 more a night I would so recommend spending the extra money to save yourself bed bugs in the future and a nicer comfort and hygiene stay plus they had a hot tub at the comfort inn . <3

The hotel certainly needs some upgrades but staff were very friendly and breakfast was edible. Housekeeping caught the mistake of us being given a dirty room before we even got to the room. We still had a broken sleeper sofa and sugar ants for extra company but the room served its purpose. We needed something cheap that could accommodate 6 people for an out of town funeral, for one night. The elevator had no chill either, very impatient, someone should probably fix that.

Smells like Marijuana and tobacco everywhere, rooms weren't very clean, the service was impolite and discourteous, but the saving grace is the beds are actually comfortable. The overall experience left for a lot to be desired. I would not recommend this play for a stay longer than 1 night.

Rooms were ok. Some dirt you can see where it hasn't been cleaned very well. The ac unit in our room was held together with tape. My daughter and fiance hit their leg on a metal piece sticking out from the sides of the bed when told the front desk staff about the issue we were told to leave the hotel. Definitely would not recommend this place!!!
