I’ve seen some recent reviews that weren’t so nice, I just arrived for a business trip. Not a lot of offerings here. The outside of the hotel was ok, the lobby was very clean and presentable. I the staff was very pleasant. Easy check in. If you’re a traveler the first thing you do is use your sense of smell when entering a room. The room was pleasant and no strange smells. Room very well laid out and very clean. I stayed in # 122. I really see no issues with this room. So for my experience it’s been very nice. At least for me and the room I was given I’m pretty happy with my stay.

Rooms were pretty clean but dated. Had some stains and wear. You had to pay for breakfast that is included at other places. Looked to have a little better sausage, but it was not worth paying for breakfast. Went to small diner in town way better value.

Customer service was great. Everyone was super nice. We ate dinner and had the breakfast buffet. The lady at dinner was super nice. Breakfast the waffle maker wasn’t working so the cook offered to make us and another family there pancakes. They were so good! The lady at breakfast was also nice and offered to get me a drink since I forgot after getting my son settled.

The rooms…bathroom tub was gross looking. Furniture was dirty and uncomfortable. (Couch/chairs) the style of the room was nice with separate living/sleep in areas. Pool/spa was closed (a lady said since March..) that was a bummer as we had a 1.5 year old who loves water.

Dirty and in need of alot of repairs
Couldn't see out of windows because white film between glass.
Tub had been paint on the bottom
Air-conditioner would not work.
Also pool was closed because it couldn't pass inspection was not told of this until we checked in our family had booked a block of rooms
Months earlier for party in there banquet room.
P.S. I only gave 2 stars because the party and the food was good

Positive: Comfy beds, friendly staff, clean rooms, close to Walmart and restaurants. Negative: I wish they would fix the lighting in front of the hotel. The parking lot was quite dark. Not having free breakfast was disappointing.

Positive: Location. Price Negative: This was a very poor example of the Hilton Brand. Not up to standards. I recommend this be pulled from the Hilton family.

The staff is great, I have stayed at several hilton properties, but this one was not at hilton Standards to me, not as clean or well maintained. The beds are very disappointing. The bath tubs are not clean and appear to have been painted. We had to come down last night and re-supply our own towels in the room. This was my first stay with a hilton that has been disappointing

The staff was very nice and helpful.
We stayed on the second floor and I could hear the Coke Machine humming and buzzing all night. No wonder I'm a Pepsi fan. Pepsi doesn't hum when it's bored.
