My room was wonderful. There were no issues at all. Breakfast was great and the employees were very kind. Nancy, the GM, was very helpful when I arrived a little before check-in. She was able to get me into my room and settled in. Highly recommended.

Roaches and No Refund!!
Avoid this Best Western if you can!

I recently stayed here in October and had a horrible experience. The hotel has roaches, and to make matters worse, they refused to refund me!

I booked directly through Best Western and repeatedly pressed for my refund, but all I received was $25 off my stay. To add insult to injury, my number was blocked, and I couldn’t get in touch with the manager. She consistently dodged my calls and only responded via email, offering a free stay at the same hotel. But who would risk bringing roaches home?!

Despite this final reply, as far as $50 offer, I don’t believe it adequately reflects the severity of the issue. The presence of pests violated the standards I expected from a property under the ‘We Care Clean’ program, and the discomfort it caused greatly impacted my stay. I kindly request a reconsideration of the compensation to reflect this.

I stayed in the Sycamore Inn on the way in a road trip in the central US. The hotel seems to have been an Holiday Inn property in the past that has changed to be a Best Western. My experience was good. The room was quiet. It has been clean. The bed was comfortable and I slept well.|When I went down for breakfast I was alone there. The scrambled eggs were fine. I missed seeing peanut butter.

In reply to your request for improvement: we were here for a wedding. The lighting was horrible in the bathroom and the only room with a mirror. Flooring missing pieces and is a trip hazard. However, employees checking us in and out were awesome.

We reserved a room on 10/3 for one night. At 11:30 pm we discovered bugs in the pillows We contacted the front desk and they offered us another room. We had to move all of our things to the new room and it was well after midnight by this time We spoke to Mary at the front desk the next morning before leaving She said there was nothing they could do since we booked through expedia. The following day I spoke to customer service with expedia They contacted the hotel directly and they denied a refund or credit to my account. VERY disappointed and this is not acceptable
