We were on a first floor suite and the rooms were really nice. The issue is that they have spotlights shining in the windows. Despite blinds, the room still felt like dawn was approaching all night long. Our stay would have been great if our sleep quality had not been affected by this. Please consider ditching the lights.

Nice little Hampton tucked away. right off the main road. Very safe and accessible. They are doing some construction, but the room was clean and the sidewalks were salted when there was snow and ice. They definitely look at the safety of their guest. When I checked in on Friday night at 9PM. The young lady was working the desk was very polite! Recognized me as a diamond member provided me some water And gave me a rundown of everything. The next morning when I checked out 10 hrs later she was still working. I told her goodbye and realized she had been working at the minimum 10 hrs but it was probably longer.
When i mentioned this assuming her shift would be over soon and she said no she had to take care of breakfast because of an employee that called off. I travel a lot usually the night desk person is not the morning desk person.

She was not negative about it in one sense. I apologize to her and told her I hope she get some sleep and she was very positive and says it’s only a few days a week with a smile on her face she could’ve easily complained and most people would but she did not. I think this woman is an asset to this Company. We need more people like her with this good attitude.

If we’re in this part of Iowa , we will definitely stay at your facility again

I stay at this location 1-2 times a year and have always had a wonderful experience. I have come to especially enjoy the local popcorn blend they offer along with water at the front desk for Hilton Honors members. I travel for work about 80 days a year and stay at Hilton's MAJORITY of the time.
The staff is almost always warm and welcoming after a long day on the road traveling.
This evening I was greeted, but no offer of water, popcorn, a smile or any info about the hotel. Just checked in, handed me my key and that was it. It was very below par for a normal Hilton hotel.

Hotel was nice, breakfast had different options for adults and kids, cannot go wrong with the waffles. I did wish they had a little more variety but what they had was fine. Very good hotel for a weekend stay. This is my go-to hotel for Dubuque. Will stay again.

During my stay, I was disappointed by the perceived lack of genuine warmth from the staff towards children . Furthermore, I was unsatisfied with the disproportionate emphasis on enforcing silence, which created an unwelcoming atmosphere for families with children. This significantly detracted from my overall experience."

Some construction is going on but not messy and shouldn't deter you from staying. Front desk staff is courteous. Room was spacious and clean.

I would say that this hotel was pretty good., rooms are very clean I think the staff was pretty welcoming and the breakfast was okay I wish they would have had bacon I'm pretty sure that they said that they were going to have bacon and yet I found no bacon but anyway overall pretty good stay.

Room was cool when I checked in. It had a microwave and a mini-fridge. Mattress was very firm. The bathroom had a shower/tub combo with an anti-slip surface and grab bar. Water pressure was okay. The hotel had a small market with items for purchase and also offered a complimentary breakfast. There was complimentary parking as well.
