First of all, I want to express my gratitude to the following staff: Teja (the Sales Manager), Tyler, Kim, and Alexis for their professionalism and friendliness. We had a Job Fair and they made the experience great for all of the participants. Definitely recommend this hotel and especially these four dynamic ladies.

We are staying at Hyatt South by UC Medical Center. The room was spacious, the breakfast, which was included, was very good and, most important for me, the staff is so friendly I feel like I am being taken care of by family. Shaun at the front desk and Dwyait who helped us with luggage and way more have been absolutely terrific. When one is coming for medical tests life can be scary - so I deeply appreciate their kindness. Really lovely hotel for any reason!! Great location for parents of UC students etc. and parking is on the premise!

Everything about our stay way top notch. The morning breakfast had lots of options, checking very smooth room was ready early, and room very clean. We enjoyed the donut shop Nextdoor too. |Checkout was very easy online. |Thanks to the hotel team.

I had to stay for 2.5 weeks myself, then again for two separate over nights (one being my teen's sleepover), all within one month. The staff was so friendly and welcoming! They greeted me daily with a smile and consistently made sure that all my needs were met. My room was clean, the hotel security system (keyed elevator/door entrance) made me feel very safe, the hotel breakfast was tasty, and I was treated like I was a VIP. There are tons of food and shopping options within walking distance, which is also a perk. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast is very good, the room was clean. The neighborhood is wonderful as well, with lots of places to eat and shop (especially Kilwins - the best chocolate shop around. We have stayed four times before and we always feel welcome.

Stayed here a few a weeks ago and had a few hours between checkout and airport. Mr. Dwight was sooo sweet and made sure my sister and I were comfortable and entertained. Definitely staying here again.

Also..it was a great location. Rooms were clean. The hotel breakfast was nice and plenty of food places nearby for lunch/dinner.

Amazing service and great location. Kim was fantastic along with every other staff member. Clean. Great location near plenty of places to eat. The breakfast had a lot of options and was very good. Would definitely stay again.

The common areas need a little upgrading, but otherwise we had a truly pleasant stay. The room was spacious and lovely in every way. Location can't be beat.
