Ah I tried to get a Room there after my wife abandoned me, but was denied because of my Credit. The Employee at the front desk was nice to Me and very helpful but the person who denied me because of my Credit was Heartless..i am rebuilding myself after losing everything I had and the person who denied me the opportunity to get a fresh start is Brutal.

First I gotta thank Lawyes L. for the review. Cause I had a similar experience. First, I called at least 3 times to get more information than what was posted in the newspaper. The first call, I got a lady on the phone, didn't get a name, but she was not friendly, however answered all my questions and offered up other useful information. The second call, I got a man, and again not friendly, but answered all questions about seeing a room. The third call, I was seeking to clarify some ambiguous information on two sources regarding their amenities/utilities, I got a lady who was so cold and rude when she answered my question. I should have wrote this place off instantly after that phone call, but its in Hyde Park and I still wanted to see the place. When I got there, I requested to see the room for a viewing, I was told by a man at the front desk, there was no to show me at that time, but I could fill out an application. He started to reach for the application and asked about my source of income, and after I stated it, he basically said I didn't make enough, let go of the application, sat back down, waiting for me to leave. They supposedly offer weekly and monthly rates, he never asked how long I was planning to stay or if I could pay. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL and what I could see of the place, it is old and needs renovations. Also, he was behind a barred window, reminded me of the currency exchange, TACKY.

They are very UN professional yea it's in Hyde Park and all get off my back.I work and so does my finance we are,a couple I wouldn't dare pay rent without my husband there with me.
