Phenomenal experience! My boyfriend and I had never been to a spa before and this was a great introduction. I purchased a Groupon for the beer soak and added the halotherapy afterwards. We were not at all expecting the sauna and steam room that came with it. We were offered beer and wine and each had a charcuterie board while we soaked for no additional charge. Wonderful, personalized customer service along with a relaxing and affordable experience. Can't best that, we'll definitely be back

My husband and I were looking for a day spa experience and stumbled upon this Beer Spa in Chicago. It is easy to get to if you're staying downtown!

We bought the "Beer Soak with Steam Room and Sauna for 2" and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. It started with changing into robes and slippers and storing our items in lockers, all provided by the facility. You will be walking up and down the halls to different treatment rooms in your robes, however, we didn't encounter any other guests. We were provided water bottles and our drink of choice -- we chose sparkling wine!

We were then escorted to a private, 15-minute sauna with towels. From there, we were ushered to a 15-minute steam room. Afterwards, we transitioned back downstairs to the private room with two beer bath and a second glass of wine for each of us and a cheese and fruit tray. We were also provided a fresh set of towels. We soaked for 30 minutes and felt utterly and completely relaxed from the entire experience! The recommendation is to not shower off the "beer hops" from your skin for at minimum 2 hours after your soak, but there are showers in the restrooms if you choose to shower before leaving.

I wouldn't hesitate to do this with a friend or a partner! I can't wait to do it again!

It was a great experience, and Veronica had a warm energy. I was so hungry after the sauna and steamroom, so I was surprised to see a plate of fresh fruit crackers and cheese when it was time for my beer soak.

Been wanting to book a spot at this place for the upcoming Valentine. Tried calling them literally 4-5 times in this last week but they never pick up, or return your calls. Such a shame, and extremely disappointing as the place looks interesting. Would have loved to experience the beer spa if this business wasn’t so irresponsible, and they cared about their potential customers.

It makes sense though since some of the recent customer reviews mention how they have been lacking in their service as of late. And yea it totally shows.

Update: Hi Dino, I appreciate you getting back to me so quickly. It just feels a bit misleading when your business hours are showing you’re open, on Google, but nobody picks up the phone that’s associated to your business.

Knowing the situation now, I can understand it better but I do think that having this as the introductory experience isn’t ideal. I had questions I wanted to ask before booking the experience.

Regardless, thanks again for being prompt. I will update my review once again, after I’ve had the service. Hopefully, I’m able to work it out. I’ll email you reading my inquiries.

Final Update:
We had a great time at the spa. It was very relaxing. We took the couples silver package and everything in it was super calming. Highly recommend for couples.
After going through the entire experience, the only feedback for the owner would be to either add your cell phone that could be reached, or remove that number mentioned there since nobody picks that one up.

Such a great and private experience! My husband and I booked the Groupon deal for two with 15 min sauna, 15 min steam room and 30 min beer soak. Since we arrived a little early and they want to guarantee a private experience, we got to enjoy the salt room for 15 min before we went to the sauna. The staff was really nice too!

We had an amazing time. I surprised my husband for his birthday and bought us the beer soak experience combine with sauna and steam room. We loved the place the moment we walked in. Siergiej was very professional and friendly. And, we didn't know that the beer can taste so good from wooden mugs 😉 10/10 experience;)

Absolutely will be back! Place was spotless and smelled amazing. We got new towels at each stop so no issues of smells. Owner was polite and even shared the benefits of each part of our journey. We got the silver package and felt it was perfect. Aesthetician was also very nice and knowledgeable. Felt like our belongings were safe locked up and didn’t feel rushed at all.

Definitely recommend it
