I have spent thousands of nights in hotels across the country. I have seen the good, bad, and ugly out there, but this place is THE NASTIEST! The only good thing to say about it is the guy at the front desk is very friendly. Beyond that, this place is a third world country. When you walk in you will notice disgusting furniture in the lobby. My room had cockroaches crawling on the walls and baby cockroaches were everywhere. There were mystery stains on the towels, it looked like it could have been blood. I didn't even want to shower in the bathroom because it felt so unsanitary. Also safety is not a thing at this hotel. None of the side doors were locked and anyone can just come in. The room looked absolutely nothing like the picture, not even close. I had booked the one week stay and I only stayed two nights. I only stayed the second night because of a snow storm or I would have left much sooner. I went to another hotel that was much cleaner. I was also the only one here that didn't seem like they were a resident of the place. This is not for tourists.

I had booked a week and left after 2 days. I went to a different hotel. I would have left after the first night but a snowstorm got me stuck. Cockroaches all over the room. Mystery stains on the towels that look like they could have been blood. Filthy lobby with filthy furniture. I was the only one there that was actually not a resident. This is a transient house, not a hotel. Never again!

Recliner was broke! Black mold 2 feet up the shower curtain! Mold on the walls! Bugs on the floors! Blood stains all over the comforter! Parking lot was dark! Customer service to get a refund was impossible!! And still have not received the refund!!! And my room was canceled 5 minutes after i walked in!

Booked on line. They are in the process of doing some updates. Lobby was unattended for over 10 minutes. The lobby bathroom was dirty and the room was somewhat better, if I hadn't prepaid and been exhausted from driving all day, I would have left. The sheets appeared clean and the bed was comfortable, but I think they could do better.

I’ll come back when the renovation is completed! Thank you for your service! Have a great journey ahead of you! The price $$$$ I think it was too much but I valued their service!

Positive: I booked this hotel because it had the same rating as others in the area. The place was run down, the lobby was dirty and mal maintained; the carpets were stained and dirty. The room seemed okay until we found cockroaches running around. Negative: The parking lot is in need of resurfacing. Lobby and front desk was very cluttered and run down. You basically pay for what you get here id say it’s 1 star better than the one in Peoria the place seems sketchy there is definitely some “party” type activities going here the only problem id say so far is the roaches I saw one in my room the other day I stayed here and I saw one today down at the front desk and the parking lot doesn’t seem “secure” but other than that it’s fine basically don’t bring your wife here bring your side piece for a night or 2
