The 3 hotels i was considering for this city were all near one another. I felt safe enjoyed the hot coffee in lobby. They did a good job to keep the place clean. In town for a funeral, so no time to take advantage of amenities. I did get a bit of breakfast waffles and sausage were great to have along with fresh fruit. I slept really good. The bed was very comfortable and room clean. Thank you for offering a special rate in my situation and trying to get us another room the next night, but unfortunately sold out. Front desk gave great service even with switch in shifts.

Stayed here on business. We booked two rooms for our team. Check in was smooth and fast. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast options were excellent. Price was also extremely good. After staying elsewhere in Peoria previously, this is our new go-to.

Wonderful hotel, staff, and breakfast. Good hotel for singles or family. The only complaint I have is the dip in the mattress. My Granddaughter's mattress was just fine. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

If I could leave a 0 for a review I certainly would. From the woman at the front desk to the manager they were completely rude. My husband has a certificate and has a service animal. The lady and the manager insisted that he pay an extra $100.00 “ incidental “ fee for the service dog which is completely illegal for the American Disability Act. My husband was trying to explain this law to the desk clerk who in turn called the manager. The manager also stated that this was common practice for every pet including a service animal. After waiting to try and explain the law to these 2 women, we gave up and went to Stoney Creek Lodge and they knew the law and were most kind. We will be contacting Coorporate on Monday. We are not difficult to deal with. They were extremely difficult and rude. Never again. Plus they took the money out of our account as soon as we booked the reservation which has never happened before we checked in. Just our review. Good luck with this place.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at BW+ because the staff was phenomenal. Josh, Joellen and everyone else went above and beyond to accommodate for us. They were hospitable, friendly, and helpful. We enjoyed talking to them every time we were in the lobby. We stayed here for two weeks and we loved how clean the rooms were. The breakfast in the mornings was sufficient even for our vegan/ vegetarian family. They had a gym and a pool which were great for our long stay. I absolutely recommend staying here.

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night with our 2 dogs and I found it to be clean, pleasant, and comfortable. The staff I interacted with were polite and friendly and I had no problems with any of the amenities we used. The check out is at 12pm which I think is nice because it gives you plenty of time to get ready in the morning, especially if you are late risers like we are. The breakfast provided isn't anything spectacular but that's to be expected. It's still edible food and fairly decent with plenty of options. I would stay here again if I happen to pass through this city again.

The service and people who work here are all very nice and friendly. The breakfast they had every morning had various staples, such as muffins, pastries, waffles, fruits, cereal, etc. Parking here was never a problem for the 2 nights and was free.

The room we got was on the third floor. It wasn't clean. I immediately noticed that the carpet had debris on it and needed to be vacuumed. When I looked around the room on the 2nd night I found dirt and ants. Ah well.

The hotel itself is good although this is not a good choice for handicapped guests with several needs ( i.e. it has high-sided tub.) Only one room in hotel with roll-in shower. Watch out for third-party booking which appears on the Best Western reservation site.
