I spend most of my time in hotels, I’m a flight attendant. This hotel, & this staff is by far the best I’ve ever experienced. In a world where most people only complain, I’m here to sing their praises. Allison, at the front desk, Nick, also front desk, are the most kind people I’ve ever encountered in this industry. I appreciate y’all, Zach and Valerie drove our shuttles, they too are awesome! I appreciate the hospitality, the accommodating and all of your hard work! All of you made an incredibly long and exhausting day way more tolerable! It’s rare that anyone goes above and beyond anymore. So, THANK YOU, I hope to see you all soon.||Grateful,||Misti Lageman

I highly recommend staying here when you're in town. You can hit Johnny's Italian Steakhouse at ground level through the lobby and even get breakfast in the morning there, too. Dinners and drinks, service and bar, are all excellent and...they have everything you could want at a breakfast buffet! The rooms are comfortable and every person on staff is pleasant and very helpful. Will definitely go there again, guaranteed.

This hotel was excellent. We came with a large group of friends (adults and children). We used the banquet room and catered from the steakhouse and it was great. The front lobby staff, especially Valarie, made our experience outstanding. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying here next year.

Very nice and clean hotel. We had never stayed here, but found the hotel in a good location. While we did not eat at the in-hotel steak house, it seemed very busy. I will say upon entering the hotel a customer and the front desk clerk, Nick, were having a very heated argument. One that eventually had the police show up. While I won't get into the details, I tend to side with the customer. Nick did not do anything to deescalate the situation and met the customer's loud voice with one of his own. I simply think this could have been handled much better. Frankly, it was not how I hoped our stay would start off.

I haven’t stayed at a domestic holiday inn in a while and I was blown away by the staff and the comfort level here. I had one of the best night’s sleep I've had in a hotel in a long time. The room temperature was easy to control and provided a level of comfort I've only associated with "expensive" hotels. The sundries store was well stocked and the staff was amazing. I have NO complaints about my stay except that I'm sad I forgot my swimsuit. I hear the salt water pool is amazing!

We were in East Peoria for the IESA Cheer Competition, and this hotel was great for our stay. Our suite was the perfect size for us, and included a small kitchenette, table, living room, a primary bedroom, a bunk room, and a large bathroom. The room was extremely clean and immaculate and included Dove products for our use. The pool was well maintained and clean. We highly recommend this hotel!

The Holiday Inn & Suites in Peoria is nice. Johnny's Italian Steakhouse offers great meal options and the bar is wonderful. The power washer installed in the shower of our room was amazing, it was strong enough to take the paint off a Caterpillar 797F mining truck, 10/10 water pressure.

Hotel was beautiful. Rooms were quiet and had high quality amenities. Beds were subpar however. Few complaints: Hot tub was out and the Kids Suite "loveseat" that I thought was going to be a sectional (?)needs replaced. It only sleeps 5 not six!
