Great location with a nice view of the surrounding area from upper levels. If you're lucky, you can get a room with a view of the Chicago skyline.

Great location, too. Orland Park and all of its offerings are easily accessible. There's a Palermo's right across the street that makes a great pizza, a dispensary down the road, and a little breakfast place shares the parking lot with the hotel.

My biggest complaint is that it seems to have extremely thin walls. I heard the people in the next room over having "a great night" for 45 minutes at 3am. It woke me up. Definitely the most interesting alarm sound I've ever had.

This place is a total dump. The lobby and check in was fine. The elevator was filthy stinky and slow. The floor grates on the elevator are completely caked with dirt and dust. The hallway to the room had a different weird smell then the elevator and also had dirt all over the floor and crappy patch work on the walls. Room sheets had stains. Super small pillows. A small TV that barely worked. Some TV station had no sound and the remote was crusty. You're better off staying at a motel or a nicer spot in orland. The 20 bucks you save here isn't worth how dilapidated it is compared to other orland hotels.

Excellent experience. The staff are friendly, knowledgably and hardworking. Complimentary breakfast was good with coffee available at all times. The dining area was kept clean and neat. We rented a suite and it was perfect for us. The rooms was clean and comfortable and I slept like a rock. The area is busy and there are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. There a ton of car dealerships as well. We were facing the road and hotel entrance and we could not hear all the noise. We would stay here again without question. They do have banquets so it was also fun to see people celebrating life events. This hotel had really great vibes.

This was a quick trip stay and the front desk attendant Renee ♡ was absolutely fantastic! I made my reservation with booking.com for a whirlpool suite ..I'm a traveling CNA and desperately wanted to relax 😌 I was put in a room with no whirlpool, however, Renee made a few phone calls and within 15 minutes I was soaking in my whirlpool suite !!!! I worked for the Marriott River north, this is the type of Customer Service that is above and beyond 😉 thank you so much for making it happen !
With taht being said ♡ the room was very clean ! (I check everything) but very dated 🙁 however my whirlpool worked wonderfully :))
Although the one thing I didn't like to see was all the cigarette butt's scattered infront of the building - alot :/

We had a great stay at this hotel! We needed a room last minute & had to check in late at night, and the woman at the desk was super sweet & very accommodating (I think her name was Lisa?) All staff that we talked to were beyond nice, and the rooms were clean & comfortable as well. Would recommend staying here!

Positive: "" Negative: I called ahead so our room is handicap accessible with our second room being on the same floor and when we got there none of those notes were with my reservation and they didn't do anything about it. They also told me they had wheelchairs and they lied.

It's not a bad spot. They have breakfast and really good coffee, very surprised, actually. Rooms are clean, fridge, microwave, beds are decent, and pillows kinda suck. Water pressure in the showers on the 4th floor aren't great. They have a pool but it was broken when we visited. The elevators are kinda suss, but they move up and down even though some of the buttons don't light up. All n all, not a bad place, maybe $20, too much for what you get

My favorite Choice hotel in Mokena was too expensive. I needed to book two rooms for my father's funeral for three nights over a weekend. I found this Quality Inn in Orland Park. I read the previous comments and there were so many negativity about ridiculous situations. The lack of a door automatically opening or a handicap button to push was not good. I reserved an assessible room, but when I found out they were on the floor where others complained about the slot machines, I declined. I needed some peace and quiet during this time. But, as we were going back and forth to funeral home and out to eat, I only saw 2 people at these slot machines and did not hear the noise at all. For those of you new to Illinois, slot machines are all over estanlishments, so don't be surprised. The hotel was also very quiet feven though there was a graduation party (yes in September) and a wedding. Parking lot was able to accomodat everyone including the next door restaurant that is next door.. Spacious rooms were clean with comfy beds. Able to get towels whenever we needed. My husband was happy the waffles were provided for breakfast. Front desk clerks were fantastic especially Lisa. Will definitely stay here again.
