Price is alittle high for the pool to be out of service. Becki was super nice. Room was clean..love the dove products. Could of did without the ladybugs but it was good!

The rooms are very nice, has a microwave and refrigerator. Nice water pressure for sink and shower. Has breakfast. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were closed due a maintenance issue.

It's fine, rooms have a small fridge and microwave. Showers are a bit wonky, gotta make sure to turn the knob almost 360 degrees for warm water. Biggest issue is their TV set up. Absolute garbage, they have fire TV's and apparently there are two remotes but they don't tell anyone that. Second remote is hiding in the drawer. Then you have to sign into Amazon and download any app you wanna watch. And best of luck trying to get any sort of live TV. This TV set up is absolutely awful.

I only gave a 4 because of the pillows. As an adult, I had expected adult size pillows. This was the second Americinn I stayed at in a week. Bring your own pillows if you want a good sleep. Both locations had pillows the size of Walmart cotton balls with a cheap doily covering it for "comfort"

Positive: It's clean. The front desk person that checked me in...was very nice. Negative: Handicapped Room. Middle of Hall far from parking. Fridge didn't work. Shower luke warm. Terrible for a handicap person. Person working front desk in the am to check out was the rudest person I've ever met in hotel industry

Positive: Location Negative: Had reserved 2 rooms, but upon arrival the desk clerk said only 1 room had been reserved. The switch on the bedside lights did not work, and I had to pull out the night stand and plug and unplug them. The bathroom exhaust ran constantly.

Overall, I was disappointed in this hotel as it doesn’t match the description on the website and the experience is not commensurate with the price I paid. Our room appeared clean on the surface, but had a bad odor during our entire two night stay. The rooms are dated. The towels and bedding were worn and there was a cigarette burn on the bedspread. The night clerk who checked us in wasn’t the least bit friendly. The breakfast selection was scant. The fitness center was essentially a closet with a treadmill in it that did not look like it worked. I didn’t enter that area as it was filthy. The whirlpool is not working and the mold makes the entire pool area seem unappealing.
