Loved my massage with Carlos! He really worked hard on my knots and I loved the questions he asked before my massage to make sure I was comfortable. The place is very aesthetic and you don’t even sense that it’s a shared place other than the whispering. I signed up for membership so will be back monthly!

A Very honest review: The massage was mediocre. The location is great. The front desk is trying their best. The massage therapist was a very nice lady but she’s obviously just started massaging. Paid for 80 minutes and got 55-60 minutes at most. Was thinking of a subscription for myself and my fiancée and will not be returning.

I booked a prenatal massage only to discover when I arrived at my appt that they are not even equiped to massage pregnant women. Their massage chair was just a regular massage table which means I’d have to to lay on my side for the entire 50 mins, weird no?. Not to mention, they make you add a “pre-natal” add-on as an extra charge to what I thought was already a prenatal massage. It’s clear this place is not pregnancy friendly. You should not be offering “pre-natal” services if you can’t actually cater to pregnant women and have the proper equipment.

The massage therapists are fantastic. However, the front desk / customer service needs to be improved. They did not honor my appointment time and I had to pay full price for a shortened massage. Even though I confirmed my appointment the day before, they called me multiple times the night before asking me to move my appointment up by 30 minutes. I clearly stated on the phone that I could not do that but would try to show up early. When I showed up 20 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment time I was told I was late and would not receive the full massage I paid for. I was not given any sort of refund or discount. Is this how you normally treat your customers and members?

Not only is this place beautiful and clean, the staff was extremely kind and welcoming. Lee was so helpful and knowledgeable of which massage and enhancements would best fit my needs as I was unsure of which to get. I’m just so happy I chose this establishment. It’s extremely important for me to feel welcomed by experts soon as I walk in a business. Gia was also extremely helpful and attentive in the process. Thank you 😊 I will definitely be telling my friends of this place and will be coming back!

Ambiance is wonderful. Bohemian, Tulum-inspired vibe captures it. Love the ocean waves. Therapists are friendly. Beds are warm & comfortable. For the price point however, I’d expect a few additional amenities. I’m more inclined to go to the Spa at the Peninsula with access to the lavish steam room, sauna, use of pool & whirlpool… not to mention sun deck. With tip, I paid $210 at The Now. For a basic 80 min massage, with some type of “eye treatment”that was nothing special. It was a decent experience… just overpriced for what it is.

Gloria is incredible and I felt so relaxed after both of my massages with her. She has great people skills and knows how to execute great work. The front desk could improve on their professionalism though. I felt uncomfortable interacting with them both experiences

This was my first professional massage ever, and it was a delightful experience. My shoulders get tight from all the time I spend sitting at a desk and shivering in the Chicago cold. Emmanuel was so calming and put me right at ease when I told him it was my first massage.

Things I loved about my massage with Emmanuel:
- Took time to understand what I was looking for (focus area, pressure, etc.) and gave suggestions based on what I wanted (targeting tech neck)
- He knew exactly how to release the tension in my shoulders, arms, and hands from sitting and staring at a screen
- He is very communicative and his voice is so calming. He consistently checked in to make sure the pressure was right. I felt so comfortable throughout and almost was lulled to sleep at the end!

I actually added on the cupping, just to try it out, and I asked Emmanuel to go back to the massage because he is SO talented and his massage felt so much better.
