UPDATE: I finally spoke with the General Manager. While they acknowledged some of my concerns, parts of the conversation left me feeling dismissed and gaslighted—especially being told my experience was “all in my head”, which ultimately led to me cancelling my membership. I was informed that an investigation took place and several employees along with the 2 individuals were questioned (and not surprisingly, come to find out it was in fact a male therapist and a female patient as I thought — sooo very telling), but I didn’t expect much realistically, because who’s going to admit to that kind of behavior? The “system” doesn’t seem equipped to handle situations like this. While the owner seemed sincere at moments, there was clear frustration from them when I shared my experience. I’m sharing this not because I expect immediate repercussions or change, but so others in the community are aware. Unfortunately, unless more people speak up these behaviors will likely continue to be swept under the rug. Please be vigilant when visiting this location.

Original Post: I had a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience during my second visit to this location. To be fair, my first appointment went really well, which is why I returned. However, during my most recent visit, I overheard loud and inappropriate noises coming from the room next to mine. While I can’t say with certainty what was happening, I believe I have enough discernment to understand what I was hearing — and it made the rest of my appointment incredibly awkward and unsettling.

I brought my concerns to the front desk immediately after my session and was instructed to send an email with the details. It’s now been nearly a week, and I’ve received no response or follow-up from management. The lack of communication has only added to my discomfort and frustration, making me feel like my concerns weren’t taken seriously.

Before ever booking here, a close friend warned me that a male therapist at this same location had made an inappropriate offer to her. Despite that, I decided to give the place a chance, specifically requesting a female therapist due to the location’s convenience. In hindsight, I wish I had trusted my instincts and not returned.

There’s also a posted disclaimer at this location stating that soliciting sexual activity is prohibited. While this may be a standard policy across massage facilities, seeing that sign during my first visit — and now reflecting on what I experienced and what my friend reported — raises serious concerns.

I’m sharing this review to caution others who may be considering this West Loop location. I’m strongly reconsidering my membership and sincerely hope management takes these types of complaints seriously moving forward.

Emmanuel was a great massage therapist to have. His enhancement recommendations, massage techniques, and attentiveness to my needs helped make this session everything I needed. I will definitely be booking again with him at the West Loop location!

Kate was absolutely AMAZING!! She was warm and welcoming. She checked in throughout the entire service to be sure I was okay. I can truly say this was the “perfect start”!to my day. Afterwards, I felt refreshed and rejuvenated. If you’re looking for a sign to pamper yourself this is it! Book Kate!! Thank me later🤎

I just recently had a massage with Kate and it was wonderful. She had me falling asleep with her work she was that soothing. Always would make sure that I was comfortable with the pressure and position. 10/10 would recommend!!!

I had such a wonderful experience here with a very special thank you to Kinny, my lovely massage therapist! I requested extra attention to my neck/shoulders and she did just that. I appreciated that she started the massage tending to my shoulders and revisiting that area throughout. The pressure was perfect and ending the massage with a full body stretch was the cherry on top. If Kinny is available, I highly recommend booking her!

Front desk is always courteous and professional. The location is easy to access. I have had a wonderful experience with Kate each time I’ve gone and would highly recommend her! She is attentive and both listens to your concerns and addresses them.
