Came here to see Dr. Jeremy for chiropractic with no idea of what the place was. OMG! I’m in love with the place. Every time I’m there I don’t want to leave. The founders have hearts of gold from what I can tell and feel. I look forward to every visit. My most recent was the community acupuncture, not to be underestimated. I’m hoping to go as much as possible. Next is the rebounder class, more community acupuncture in the anti gravity chairs & of course always for Dr Bonsol!❤️ I’ll keep coming back + Telling others. PS - all this time when I drive by I thought it was a florist because they have a small florist/plant shop in the window area🥰

The shop is always a breath of fresh air! The moment you enter, you will be greeted by a relaxing aroma that would make you want to relax and sip a warm drink. So far, I bought three plants from this place from two different occasions - cute plants that are still thriving even with my non green thumb. The staff are always very welcoming and friendly. Looking forward to try other wellness services and community activities in the future.

A Restful Oasis in the City!
L+A Healing Studio has something for everyone. Beautifully curated retail items; jewelry, soaps, candles, aromatherapy, flowers and more.
Beyond the retail section is a spacious sound proof yoga & exercise studio.
At the back is the quiet spa space, featuring a relaxation waiting area and spa treatment rooms.
I am a devotee of L+A Healing Studio and have taken stretch classes, yoga and Pilates taught by a master teacher, Alex. I have also had superb massages with Manny. I have bought lovely jewelry and spa items.
Seasonal art programs for children and adults. A wonderful addition to the community.
Metered street parking in front, CTA bus accessible! A must visit!

This place has everything! Yoga, Massage Therapy, Dance classes, Jewelry and Art Classes, Fitness Classes, and fresh flowers + Plants! I've gotten multiple massages by Leo and he is EPIC. He fixed up my lower back and hamstrings making me feel like I was in a whole new body by the end of the session. I've also done their BYOB paint your pet night on friday's and I had SO much fun and now have a beautiful art piece that I got to make myself hanging in my apartment. Their flowers are also THE BEST FLOWERS IN THE SOUTH LOOP. I truly cannot get enough of this place.

We have been doing private couples Pilates with Alex for the last 6 months. Alex is an incredibly warm person and an awesome Pilates coach. He keeps the classes interesting while customizing them to our needs. In these 6 months, I have improved my overall flexibility, core strength and my posture. The L&A studio is a calm and cozy space. I find myself wanting to go earlier just to chill in the lounge area.

I have also gotten a deep tissue massage with Leo, and it was incredible.

We are lucky to have Alex, Leo and the L&A studio in the south loop and I strongly recommend everyone to experience the offerings here.

L&A is such a lovely space. The most beautiful jewelry hand-made by the owner. Flowers, plants and the best smelling local candles. Great place to grab gifts! Also Pilates, fitness classes and spa services. Can’t say enough great things about this place and the lovely team of people here!!

This is an Oasis in the midst of the city.
The massage therapists are knowledgeable, skilled and professional. They provide amazing products of skilled artisans to pamper the body and soul. I always feel a sense of calm the moment I walk thru the door!
