I love City Point Loft!!!
This venue is very clean and the process to rent is professional and effortless. I used this venue before for my daughter's sweet 16 party a few years back when they were at the location down the street. Their treatment to me and family was awesome. I recommend this place.

Can’t say enough about City Point Lofts. They go above and beyond to help meet your needs. They have everything you need to have a successful event. The elevator is a plus. They are on time and Everyone assisted us from the owner to the security. I will support them forever.

This venue was renovated beautifully and was the right location for my event in September. I'm thankful for the reliable service from Vonda and her team from the beginning to the end of the event's planning process. The amenities are great and they were able to answer all my questions that came up while I was planning from out of state. Great parking options as well. I'd definitely recommend this venue for events in Chicago!

This event space was a space I looked forward to having my celebration at, unfortunately Vonda told me they would be moving somewhere better, even better than original space, assured me the new space would be done in time for me to see it and have my party there. I looked on the website a few weeks ago as I normally do and saw the timeline date frame moves from Oct. to Nov. so instead of notifying me and letting me know I could possibly no longer have my party with them, she never reached out to me. I was calling and emailing and no response so of course I started reaching out to other venues, EVERYONE IS BOOKED, for the date I need. When I finally reach her there’s no remorse or anything just a dry response saying “oh yea the new building won’t be done in time.” Can’t tell you how upset & disappointed I am in myself for believing her and waiting instead of having a B PLAN the whole time. Had she told me in advance when they changed dates this could have been avoided. Poor management and professionalism.

Would not recommend this location . The owners daughter made our party group feel very uncomfortable, she was rude. She continued to turn the music down throughout the party. And she made it a continuous habit to keep following everyone around looking over our shoulders as if we were there to steal something. She stated that we couldn’t throw our pans from the food in the garbage, yet we had to take out the garbage( which was not a problem for us to take out the garbage) she literally found any reason to make us uncomfortable.
