This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room was so run down. All of the furniture was broken in some way. The walls had visible cracks and exposed what I assume is Sheetrock. Neither the bathroom or vanity lights worked. The bed was horribly lumpy and very noticeably leaned down at the head of it. The sheets were dirty with actual clumps of something stuck to it. The whole second floor smelled like weed no matter the time of day and there were cigarette butts in the stairwell. The breakfast or what was left of it at 7:45 was greasy and flavorless.

Positive: The location was great. The veil was very comfortable. The hot breakfast was decent. Negative: It was dirty. They really needed to vacuum and shampoo. The carpet, the bathroom needs to be repaired in the rooms. I looked at 2 other rooms before I selected the one that I finally chose due to the toilet leaking.

We came in to get away from the weather we were going to have that night. Room had no hot water whatsoever called down several times to ask them if they had a hot water heater problem they said they were checking into it would talk to the boss and never got back. Tornado sirens went off at 9:45 PM and called down to the front desk on our cell phone to see where our safest place would be. Phone in the room did not work at all. They said they weren’t sure have safe travels and hung up. Called back, told them we what room we were and asked again where the safest place is to go during tornado siren. They said they would ask the manager and get back to us. We asked for a partial refund for having no hot water with three people trying to shower and they said they would not do a refund.
Breakfast was pathetic out of coffee, cups, and lids, dirty around the food area and no one refilling anything.

As a platinum member and someone who stays at choice hotels a lot throughout the year this was my worst experience. The room was very out dated and run down. Scuffed furniture, bathrooms not fully cleaned, water pressure extremely low, remote to tv not working, carpet not vacuumed, dirty bathroom sink with mildew ring, whole first floor smelled like marijuana, parking lot and sidewalk not properly salted and treated for snow, beds not comfortable, mildew/mold smell on the whole first floor (maybe dew to indoor pool). Only thing good about this place was that the location is right off the interstate. I will never be back or recommend anyone to stay there. Worst part about the stay is that me my wife and 2 infants had to be here uncomfortable. Good it was just for one night!

Late check in but the desk guy was very pleasant and happy to see us, had requested a jacuzzi tub room when we got in the room it wasn't the correct room he instantly changed our rooms and even gave us a late check out, breakfast was on point with lots of options to choose from, very clean hotel same with the rooms, and as soon as you walked in the front door a pleasant smell greeted your nose, not a chemical smell but a good clean smell. Sleep in and suites have always been my favorites from the Choice Hotels! Highly recommend

This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in in quite some time. I stay in over 100 hotels every year and this one is pathetic!!! Zero hot water, 2 towels for a 2 queen room, zero breakfast and the whole place including the breakfast area are filthy. Had tornado warnings that night and the staff had no idea where anyone was to go incase of a tornado!!! This hotel needs new management!! Asked for a partial refund due to not being able to shower cas the water was ice cold and they told me they can’t do refunds. I would recommend staying at a different hotel to anyone that asked and I definitely won’t be back.

Fixtures in room are VERY dated - the entertainment center in the 'living room' had a chunk of the corner missing, and the odd full wall closet doors were very broken & beaten (plus no door knobs). Cabinets in kitchenette were also well used.

The bathroom has been updated a bit, but the toiletries left clearly had been used (shampoo was half full).

At breakfast, minimal options present (not even bagels & cream cheese). There was no breakfast attendant so no one knew when items ran out or low. I had to go to the front desk and ask for more eggs to be made when there was still about 40mins left for breakfast. We always make waffles when offered, but both mine & my husband's was not cooked through despite correct use - they also had an off taste.
