Me and my team went here for an overnight track meet. Hotel is disgusting!! look like somebody mama house that got bout 10 lil kids, in the lobby area. We had to request three cards to open the door no of em worked…. all of our rooms had a weird smell in there! bathroom toilet was running. sheets had pee stains on em shower curtains had stains on em! dead stink bugs in the room… dresser tops were sticky . hotel overall just a 0/10 they need to do better with cleaning

Several repairs are badly needed. Also, do not count on most of the items listed actually being IN your room. We were counting on a refrigerator, microwave, and hair dryer, to name a few. Needles to say, they weren't there. One tiny trashcan in the room. The pool is in bad need of attention. Not only was it dirty, but there were tons of garbage bags IN the walkway into the pool. I do not know what they contained, and I really don't care. It was not something that should be in a pool area. We stayed here because of the location, the items listed available in the room I reserved, and the pool. The two things I can say in the positive were the morning lady when we left. I handed her my card keys and she was quite kind. In addition, I did feel safe there.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. My team and I stayed here overnight, and it was nothing short of a disaster. The pool looked like it hadn't seen a filter or a health inspection in years, and the room smelled like a mix of mystery and regret. One of the beds was broken, and we found a kitchen knife in the closet, which I assume was either for cooking? or self defense. Not sure which To top it off, the sheets had questionable stains made it look like someone was murdered and I spent the entire night feeling genuinely unsafe due to some bizarre yn activity happening around the property. The food? it didn’t agree with me and neither did the staff, who made me feel like a genius just by comparison.

This place was amazing. Very clean, affordable, came with 3 free drinks, their snacks at night that are free were enough to be considered a meal, nachos, hot dogs and more. Breakfast was like eating at Cracker Barrel so yummy and so many choices. The hot tub and pool were a perfect ending for the evening. Will stay again and again. The staff was outstanding, friendly and happy 😆 I lean like they truly enjoyed their jobs and being there. Perfection is what I would consider my stay.

Oh and the location was superior so many places to shop and eat within a mile of it.

My wife and checked in, good experience there, very nice and attentive receptionist. Our room was clean, well lit, and smelled very nice, my wife had requested additional pillows and they we on the bed. However, from this point on we encountered a number of issues. The room had no phone, no microwave, nor refrigerator. We require a walk in shower with a seat, but the shower cord length wasn't long enough to use in the shower seat without leaning all the way over. I had to tighten the water connector to the wall, it was shooting out and startled my wife. There wasn't a shampoo in the shower either. Breakfast was a disappointment, no fresh fruit, no cream cheese for bagels, no syrup for waffles, one of the cereal dispensers was empty. Just not what we expect from Best Western, unfortunately my worst review I have ever given to a BW. I understand that this hotel was just purchased by Best Western, and still adjusting. I think they rushed the opening a bit.
We stayed here again, I wish I could upgrade the review. Initially, we arrived at our room, which lacked a microwave and refrigerator, my wife asked and it was brought to our room. The pool is still out, under construction. Breakfast again was disappointing, lots of little details missed. I included some photos. Missing butter, juice machine with missing labels, empty ceral dispenser, I'm not sure what was supposed to be in the ice. Just lots of missed details.

The staff is friendly and accommodating but the hotel is in really bad shape. One of our rooms didn’t even lock properly. The pool looked downright disgusting. There were dead bugs in both rooms we tried to book. Doors in one room were ripped off the hinges, both rooms had no towels and one room had no bedsheets, just a bare and dirty mattress. I asked for towels and the ones i finally got were stained. They lost our original reservation too. Overall we felt that it would not be a clean place to stay so we left within an hour to find another hotel.

Booked online and upon arrival tried to convince me to rescan my card to confirm I declined because It seemed weird as I have already paid then we past the pool area. Which had alge. And mold and smelled dreadfully with water still the pool and it was still good forbid someone fall in when I got into the room surfaces were sticky there was dirt in the shower stains on the linen what looked like sauce Sprayed on the wall and crumbs on the carpet there was no soap in the shower towels were not restocked in the room someone left and entire tray of chicken Wings just in the room further confirming they had not cleaned the room and at about 3 am my wife used the bathroom and walked into the room and we heard leaking and the toilet Backed up leaking fecal matter all over the floor I went the desk explained to the guy And he just stared at me blankly no questions I went and finished packing our bags and attempted to check out and the guy was making breakfast and he stood there as I reexplained the situation again no question and a blank stare I gave him the cards and said we are out and he dident even go to the desk to check me out so it seems that He is front desk janitor and cook normally I would applaud hard work This was an atrocious experience I contacted best Western customer service because he claimed there was no manager on duty That I could call absolute Nonsense ! What if my son (3 ) had run a ahead and ran into the pool that was moldy and possibly still water. The door was. Wide open waiting for an accident they also moped the floor and did not use wet floor signs which I am fairly sure is an OSHA violation DO NOT STAY UNLESS ITS UNDER NEW MANAGMENT !!!!!!!!!!

The bed was comfortable and seemed clean but overall the room was dirty. The whole place smelled funky. We were told there would be breakfast in the morning but when we went to the breakfast room the worker said she “didn’t feel like making breakfast” and we could go across the parking lot to the other hotel and get breakfast there. We didn’t want to do that so we went back to our room to pack up and leave. While we were getting our things together a male employee unlocked our door and tried to walk in. I shut the door on him and he apologized and left. Maybe an honest mistake but considering that they had just tried to get us to leave the building for breakfast it seemed rather suspicious.
