This was a clean place and has very friendly staff. For the relatively low Priceline price on a Sunday night check in, I didn't expect it to be this good. The smiles checking in and leaving really made a difference for me! You can tell that the new management cares about people. The breakfast has enough choices to keep you satisfied. Also there were no bad smells here! I always notice these things because I'm on the road a lot. It is quiet despite the highway. I definitely would recommend it for budget-minded people. If I'm ever near here I would gladly go back. God bless the staff, their families and this business for their good work!

Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Courteous staff, clean and smoke free.|Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Coming off a 7-hour drive through heavy rain...this was a welcoming rest stop. Was provided a room close to the elevator due to walking limitations without any hassles. Excellent customer service.

We were there for just a overnight stay but the room was clean. The only deficiency was having to ring a service bell at the front desk. She came quickly but it seemed odd to have to do that at all. Shower water was nice and hot and the bathroom was nicely furnished. There was more highway noise than expected even for a hotel close to the road.

This property is a hidden gem. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast offers a nice selection of hot and cold items... all of which are tasty and filling. Excellent selection of juice and tea as well. Bed is exceptionally comfortable. Room was spacious and without defects. Bathroom lighting is little dim. Highly recommend!

My 3 children and I took a family vacation to Saint Louis for spring break. I booked with Country Inn because of their pool being operational and complimentary breakfast. When we attempted to use the pool, we discovered there was no heat in the pool room so the water was about 50 degrees. We weren’t told of this at the check in so we found out the hard way. My kids were devastated because that’s why we chose the hotel. Another issue was that a staff member yelled at my children for eating too much of the complimentary breakfast. The third issue is, I requested housekeeping at the front desk since we needed fresh towels and sheets and the garbage taken but that did not happen either. Then upon check out, I left a note for the owner to please call me to discuss the issues.. that hasn’t happened as of now. I will never stay at this hotel again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else.

This was a very clean and very affordable hotel, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue I had is 30 minutes prior to check out housekeeping knocked on my door, as well as two minutes prior to checkout they knocked on my door again, and opened it (I was getting dressed). This was a little annoying, especially considering the hotel was basically empty. Overall, this was a good stay.

Ms. Tina and the staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and consummate professionals! Additionally, the accommodations are clean, amenities many, and the location couldn’t be better. The availability of coffee at your leisure, the hot breakfast, and freshly baked cookies in the evening solidify this hotel as my favorite in the STL area. 6 stars 🌟!

Less expensive than other hotels but we typically stay at this brand. Nice lobby, friendly service & pretty clean. However, the room was a little different. Chair had what looked like “butt”|marks on the seat cushion & the bathtub had what looked like …well I can’t say. Look at the pictures. |Breakfast left a lot to be desired too. I did pass the pictures onto management. ||As in another review, I believe this hotel was sold off with the right to keep the brand name. We have never had such a poor room as this. The next one a few days later was much worse!
