Filthy. Gross. Disgusting.
Arrived to find people smoking cigarettes at the entrance right under the no smoking signs. Got to the room and the toilet had crap on the seat. There were crumbs and garbage on the floor. People making noise everywhere. Only reason we didn't ask for a refund and leave or call to complain was because we were absolutely exhausted from being on the road all day. When we were leaving there were police crowding the lobby. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

If you stay 2 days you get 1 night free. But watch, they are very discriminative workers there. Too bad great location. With Bob Evans with awesome workers and amazing good food. You gotta try their pies!

I’m not one to complain but this was the Dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in!! The floors were dirty. The curtains were nasty, the window was broke and opened a little. Went to plug something in and 1/2 the outlets didn’t work or were a fire hazard. There was all kinds of food and a couple of dirty socks behind the tv when I tried to use the plug behind there. I can only imagine why they were there. The toilet was disguting. Hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly in who knows when. I went ahead and stayed because I really didn’t have a choice with my mom having to be at the hospital for major surgery. I tried to tell the guy at the desk about it and he acting like he didn’t understand me. I will never stay here again

Was asked to change bloody sheets my whole day they never replaced them and then a girl who did replace them. She put fresh linens on top of a bloody mattress if you can avoid this place do not book with them and if you do end up booking with them make sure you check all aspects of the room. Anything that’s foul. You make sure you take pictures of it because these people are absolutely disrespectful. Then the nerve to have expired milk For breakfast as well as expired cream cheese too I came from out of town to visit. This was a horrible experience.

NOT FAMILY OR KID FRIENDLY! Me and my kids are sitting on the curb with our stuff after I paid $300 for four nights here and they wouldn’t allow me to keep my booking because “they only allow two kids” in a room. I have 4 kids. They also called the police on me because it was taking me a while to set up a new booking and I had to wait on my boyfriend to go to a doctors appointment and get back to help me because we have too much stuff for my stuff AND my kids to fit in one Uber. They “banned” me from the property for waiting quietly out of the way of everyone.

This place is horrible, The rooms are dirty hallways dirty I don't think they ever vacuum. Bathroom was dirty when I checked in, had to clean it myself. The staff is the rudest I have ever experienced. No phones in the room so if you need to contact the front desk you have to go there and most of the time wait for someone to realize you are there. Place was just awful.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Room was absolutely filthy. Had hair on the mattress and sheets had stains on them. There was a greasy film on the refrigerator and the shelves were literally falling off the wall. The free breakfast was day old bagels and stale bread & cereal. I'm sure the management will say how they're sorry for my experience but to be honest I wouldn't have stayed here (even if the price was cut in half) if there was any other options at the time.

I was greeted with a smile and friendly service. The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed, and provided me with quiet room for a very good night's rest. Bathroom was very clean with a wonderful shower. Then after getting ready went downstairs for some 'continental' style breakfast. What I had was fresh and delicious. Great room and service for a great value. Yes, I will be returning to this Super8 on my next visit.
