Great place to stay when you are trying to get yourself back on your feet. Super flexible but strict in a great way. Will return just to support the business.

we stay at this hotel 3-4 times a year. it's modest accommodations, but the staff is excellent. the owner lives 100 feet from the hotel and makes sure that all things are in good repair. the rooms are large and all have a standard size fridge, stove, and microwave, and a kitchen sink. shower is always hot, rooms are always clean, beds are always comfy, and easy access to several good restaurants, and located just off the freeway

This hotel is great for long term or overnight stays. Kitchenettes in each room. Two doubles at $55 our one king at $45 makes a great deal. Clean and revamped rooms go beyond expectations. Super friendly owners mind their own business and keep yours calm.

This place was not bad but I was not able to use my desktop computer on the front porch because there was not a surge protector available. I don't think it's fair for people who have the portable computers to enjoy the out of doors while I am not able to simply because my computer is not a portable. Also there were no modems available so I could not use the web. This has been a point of contention in other places as well. Motels should be able to cater to those who have new technology like I do. Other than that I have no complaints.

Weekly rates, convenience, community... Loved it.
The room I stayed in wasn't new, but it was very comfortable. Had a full size fridge, microwave, burner, and sink. Also, the cable tv has tons of channels, and free wifi is available. The Terrace is it's own community, I had no real problems there, the people where nice. I loved the location. A nice little game center/theater/bar is a two minute walk down the street. Convenience store/ gas station is right next store. And, it's right next to the highway.

How about what I don't like ? I don't like the fact that our toilet over flowed an was told there was no plunger readily available for us to use and I had to go buy 1. As a hotel guest my family and I shouldn't be held liable for possible over flow sewage problems that I was told happen from time to time an supply our own plunger & clean up the mess on our own time in order to have a clean and sanitary bathroom.

Rooms are not the greatest but will get the job done. Don’t expect any good WIFI connection. Prices are reasonable.
