Being a parent of a teen, it is always hard to see them struggling as they hit that pubescent phase. Jenna was so down to earth and able to spend the time and reassure him about everything he was going through. She helped give him his confidence back!! Over the last several months his acne has been approving, and anytime I have a question or concern, she is so prompt at answering.

I was greeted immediately entering the lobby. The receptionist had a smile on her face while she asked me several questions and then gave me a form to fill out with personal information. Before I could finish the form, I was already called into the back where I was interviewed. The physicians assistant came and explained the procedure and said I was an adequate candidate. They said they would contact me for my initial appearance. Once my insurance cleared. It was very smooth and painless :-). Looking forward to my first treatment. Bruce Higgins.

I had an outstanding experience at Dermatology Specialists of IL while accompanying my father for his Mohs surgery. Dr. Khanna, Kim, and Victoria were all excellent, taking the time to thoroughly explain the Mohs procedure and ensuring we were completely informed and comfortable. Their professionalism and care were evident throughout the process.
The exceptional service continued after the surgery. He returned to the clinic the next day for a bandage change, and unfortunately, he bumped the surgical site at work. PA Jenna and assistant Ally were amazing—they took care of everything right away with no wait time at all. Their prompt and attentive care really put my mind at ease. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
