I saw Kinny for a 15-Minute, deep-tissue chair massage and it was fantastic. She broke up the tension in my back and neck from traveling/driving almost instantly with her strong hands and tissue penetrating technique. Obviously the price is a bit steep but it IS an airport and great for a time-killer or emergency relief. Plus, I've had 60 and 90-minute massages that weren't as effective!

Unfortunately a terrible manicure. Went in to get a standard manicure without polish to touch up nails after a trip. The technician cut them down to all different lengths, filed them to different shapes, and left my cuticles looking worse than before I got the manicure. Not sure of the technician’s name because they didn’t greet me or introduce themself. Maybe the other techs are better but hard to tell as it was my first/only experience here.

Just got my nails done here and they looked perfect but then they sprayed some quickdrying substance on them at the end and it completely ruined them. I had to go board so couldn’t fix it but money down the drain and a waste of time unfortunately.

If I didn’t screw up and pay cash I would’ve called and demanded my money back. I got a 30 minute chair massage that was the least relaxing massage I could ever imagine. In fact, it was more stressful than anything. The gentleman that gave me my massage talked the entire time about being a former gang member, bouncer, how he master breaking bones, separating bones, using knives, swords, etc. he stopped the massage every 10 seconds to talk about this disgusting stuff, plus he kept talking about he mastered all of the pressure points to take people down and proceeded to push on all of them all over my body. To top it all off, probably 25 minutes was spent on my left side and maybe 5 minutes was spent on my right so my body feels completely off balance and worse than it did before. The spa itself seems nice, and I am sure many of the staff are great at what they do, but if I got offered a massage for free from the same guy again, I would run the other direction.

One the worst massages I have ever got in my entire life. EVER. Charge u $67 for a 30 minute Swedish massage, and u leave feeling the same as you came. My attitude to how bad it was left worse, then how I felt before I came. If you don’t want a massage and to blow your money, this is the place to be. And if you do, get a male therapist because you’ll be blowing more money if you don’t. Then u gotta tip for how bad it was? No. Dont go to Galina, or whatever her name is. Wasting your money. I actually stopped it early it was so bad.

There was no wait time. The staff was nice and the service was good. I docked one star because I ordered the “Time on Your Hands” 45 min $65 package but was billed at the end for the “Last Minute Manicure” 30 min $45 package which of course was great to be billed less but it did take about 45-50 min anyways. So, be aware that they may not give you what you order and it may take a little longer than expected. I was very clear when I ordered, I read off the entire line including name, time, and price; the guy at the front had a bored/impatient attitude. The first thing the nail tech asked me was when my flight was boarding so at least she was cognizant of that. Also, there was no hand+lotion massage involved and I was hoping that would’ve been part of the $65 package I ordered so that was disappointing.

The experience of getting my nails done went well! Very enjoyable!

However, within the first 12 hours I had two nails in the gel polish pulling away from the nail, one was up before my plan had even taken off! The thumb was almost completely off before I got to my destination.
